Love it!
I have had terrible insomnia all my life, and this helps me get to sleep at a reasonable time so I can function the next day. I usually time it a half hour or so in advance of when I want to fall asleep and I have a very deep sleep with no sluggishness or that âout of itâ feeling the next day. Awesome dreams too, soâ¦bonus ð

Helps Me Fall Asleep Quickly
I frequently have a lot of trouble falling asleep. It’s not from worry; my brain just won’t shut down. I tried melatonin. It did not work for me. So, I thought I would give this a try in lieu of prescriptions that seem to have negative habit-forming histories. Enter ZzzQuil. This has worked for me from the first time I tried. I get to sleep quickly, and I wake up alert and ready for the day. I don’t need it every night, but it works great on the nights I do need it.

Be careful
These pills work. I suggest not taking these during a work week and/or if you have anything important to do the following day. These are very good for if you want to “reset” and just get an amazing nights sleep, but just be warned, the next day you will be incredibly lazy and tired which will cause you to sleep and nap throughout the day. It’s very good though and again, it’s great to get reenergized after a tough week.Overall, great sleep aid, just be careful not to have it if you have anything going on within 24 hours after taking it. For example, I slept last night at 0100 (took one of the pills), woke up at 0900, but found myself very tired until about 1430 and I took a 1 hour nap. Now, at 1430 I’m feeling pretty good, less tired and can probably go about my day now.

This stuff works
I used this to combat jetlag and it really works. Beware, it really knocks you out so I wouldn’t recommend taking it unless you know you can sleep for a good 9 hours, and you will likely be groggy for a few hours after. Sometimes I cut a pill in half and that works great. When I wake up after taking it I feel thirsty and my skin feels a little dry. Definitely worth it if you want fool proof sleep!

Only works so-so.
I’ve been trying this for a full week now and it’s only been effective about half the time and always takes at least an hour to kick in, even if I’m already lying in bed. After waking up again, I felt washed out and foggy. I’ve tried Unisom and this was slightly better at helping me get to sleep, but made me feel worse the next day.

This Really works!!!!
This product really works about 30 minutes or so after taking it, I get drowsy and start falling a sleep. After I’m a sleep I am able to wake up and go use the restroom in the middle of the night then fall right back to sleep afterwards. People that have sleep Insomnia or can’t get back to sleep after waking up, or can’t switch off their mind during the night that keeps them from have a restful night’s sleep….need to use this product!! Only draw back I’ve noticed while taking this product, is that in the morning when I do need to get up and moving… I feel a little drowsy, maybe I should only take half a pill instead of one whole pill. Anyway the morning drowsiness usually goes away quickly when I get up and move around, take my shower and drink my cup of coffee then I am kicking and ready to go for the day. The only other draw back is how it’s packaged, it’s a little hard to get out of it individual package. I guess that’s a safety feature, so really that’s No Biggie for me, but it may be for others. But over all this is a Great product to help one get a good nights sleep. It’s a small pill that packs a huge punch, so take with caution, and test what works best for you a half of pill or one whole pill, please do not take no more then one pill per night there are risk in taking this….so use caution and speak to your doctor first before taking any medication and especially if you have any health issues. I care for everyone out there so please use good judgement and be safe first and foremost. So in saying this, I would highly recommend this product.

Severe anxiety reaction, not good!
I will relay my experience to save others from the same trouble.I have had a hard time getting enough sleep for several years. Ive tried a wide variety of products but nothing worked well. I decided to try this product due to the trusted Nyquil brand name.I used these pills over the course of 6 months daily and only had slightly increased sleep hours. I used as directed, did not do higher doses. The small improvement was ok, better than no improvement at all so I stayed on it.At the same time I began to have severe anxiety especially at night and felt depressed. I chalked this up due to general life stress. However, generally I am not a person who is depressed.Fast forward, despite nothing outwardly being wrong I became so depressed I began to try to isolate any cause. After trying a number of pills and supplements, I finally cut out these pills.Within 2 days I felt like my old self. The anxiety lowered to a moderate level I would associate with any normal stressful life situation. I stopped having night terrors. I felt optimisitic and could once again handle life’s issues with logic and strategy.It was obvious these pills were the problem.I don’t know if these pills caused a bad reaction due to other medication or herbs. But this experience was a literal nightmare for me and I suggest proceeding with caution. After being off of these pills for approx 1.5 months it’s clear that was the problem.I have never had trouble with any other Nyquil item such as cold medicine day or night, or sleep aids.
