I am an insomniac.
I take have taken melatonin, magnesium, and other supplements for years to help me sleep. Even when I fell asleep quickly I would wake up multiple times during the night. I found this after purchasing the ZipFizz energy drinks and decided to try it. I now fall asleep and stay asleep most of the night. When I do wake up I fall back to sleep quickly. Because this is a powder it works fast and it tastes really good. I think the fact that the magnesium is chelated might make it work better too. Much easier than taking multiple pills.

Good sleep, no grogginess
This product is wonderful. I get sleepy within 20 minutes of drinking it and get restful sleep. If I get woken up early, I donât feel groggy like with a higher dose of melatonin or other sleep aids. The taste is a bit too sweet for me so I use less water and just chug it. Highly recommend.

Asleep in minutes!
I usually have trouble sleeping and had started taking Magnesium to fall asleep faster. Capsules usually take 15-30mins to have an effect on me. Zipfizz powder has me falling asleep within minutes of finishing the drink and I stay asleep and feel well rested in the morning. The flavor is good but I would love more flavors though.

What Iâve been missing for a good nightâs sleep
The best sleep Iâve had in a very long time! Itâs a bit overly sweet but for these kinds of results, Iâm totally ok with that. I just add extra water. Iâve been using this product for about two weeks and have noticed that I sleep deeper and harder with no wake ups in the middle of the night. I originally used the adult dosage of 2 scoops for a couple of nights and then decreased to one scoop. On scoop is perfect for me. I wake up feeling so rejuvenatedâ¦even with 5 or 6 hours I feel rested. My partner (who is a serial insomniac) tried it too and now itâs our nightly sleep drink. We both look forward to it. Iâll be purchasing for the foreseeable future.

Awful taste and definitely did not work
I usually like their products, that is why I bought this. However, it didnât work at all! In fact drinking this before bed just made me wake up and go pee all night long! If you are looking for a magnesium supplement.. just take it in a pill. Honestly, I was surprised how awful the taste was but really wanted a good nightâs sleep. I have had better results eating 2 kiwis before bed and a handful of almonds. When I initially requested a refund for this Amazon declined. I had to contact customer service and explain they had a guarantee on this product. I guarantee you that it doesnât work. Fortunately with my advocacy I was able to get a credit, they didnât want the open product returned. I thought it was expensive and definitely didnât live up to the standards of getting sleep- btw I didnât have soda or coffee whatsoever.. It just doesnât work. I donât recommend using it and should have paid better attention to the negative feedback rather than the positive.

Really Works
My doctor suggested I try this to reduce my leg cramps and get better sleep. It worked instantly – first night. Iâve now gone 6 weeks with no leg cramps. My leg spasms were so bad. I could not get them relaxed. It would just start up again 40 min later. Then Iâd get little sleep.Flavor is good. Dissolves with ease in water. No clumping.
