you may not get what the correct productâ¦
i do like this brandâs kit – i have used it for 2-3 years ranging in frequency from a couple times a week to just monthly for maintenance. it worked well, and i have no sensitivity issues, etc.my home burned down and i went here to replace my kit. after purchasing the first time i received the wrong item (a corded light with adapters and NO dual light option), not what is shown in the photos or even what i had originally purchase years ago. i sent it back saying it was the incorrect product. i exchanged for another only to receive the same thing. iâve informed zimba and amazon of the issue with no response, so im returning it again⦠and now probably going with another product all together just to get something.great product if you can actually get the correct item that is advertised. good luck!

Its hard to know how well these things can work, but this seems to be very on par with others I’ve used. Tray fits well, and the kit seems to be high quality. BUT… Its expensive. Very expensive.I use charcoal toothpaste for whitening, and I think at this price – its going to stay that way.

It Works
Iâve been intrigued by LED teeth whitening kits for awhile and was glad to find this one. The tray fits comfortably in my mouth, although towards the end of the session my jaws start to get tired. I like that it hits both your bottom and top teeth at the same time. There is a blue light for whitening and a pink light for enhancing gum health. The unit charges using a USB port and then when using the tray it automatically beeps when your time is up, which is super convenient. They make it easy to follow your whitening progress by including a tooth color guide. Iâve been using this for a few days and both my bottom and top teeth colors have gone down by 1 (thatâs good). The only problem I had with this is that when you are using the twistable gel pens for the first time it takes awhile for the gel to make its way down. Because I didnât realize this and the gel is clear on a white brush, I accidentally used a dry brush before putting the tray in – I thought Iâd applied the gel when I hadnât. Just a learning error. So far I havenât had any tooth sensitivity, which is a plus. All in all a nice option for a brighter smile.

Good product, faulty mouth piece
I’ve been using this for a week now and I like how simple and easy this is. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. The charging cord is magnetic, so your mouth piece won’t move once attached. The pens make it a mess-free application. I started at a level 4 and I’m now at a 3. Unfortunately, the mouthpiece keeps flashing and won’t turn on. I’ve tried charging it and nothing seems to work. A little disappointed as I was looking forward to using this more.

Day 7 results
The instructions say to use this once a day for 14 days and I just finished day 7. With the provided tooth shade card I can see a noticeable difference. Also just by looking at my teeth in the mirror, but the card is handy for seeing before/after results too.It is very easy to use. Instructions were pretty thorough.The one thing I don’t like about it is how easy it is to turn on and off. When I’m rinsing it, handling it or putting it back in it’s box it’s always turning on. You can just brush it lightly and it will turn on. Minor annoyance but worth noting.It’s a proprietary charger and the unit blinks while it’s charging.
