You can ask anyone I know and theyâll say my response every time they say theyâre not feeling well is to get some elderberry syrup. I personally like the zarbees brand the best as itâs the most potent of the major brands. Taste is better with the syrup than the gummies. It works every time for me. Highly recommend!
