Well, this has quickly become part of my daily self care routine and a favorite product!! It’s delicious, a little sweet but I just add a little extra water. I enjoy it best by filling my 32oz cup 1/3 full ice and then fill with water and mix in the powder. It dissolves completely. Provides me excellent clean energy for hour. Is an effective appetite supplement. I feel it’s a good value for the cost. Smell is normal and I really enjoy it 100000%

I received this as a backup to a subscription that was out of stock. This one has a bit of an aftertaste and doesn’t taste like my subscribed item even though they are both ‘mixed berry’ flavor. I tried 1/2 a tube of mix in a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it tastes much better and doesn’t leave much of an aftertaste. It seems to work to help curb appetite, I have not gained any weight since being on it but am still mindful of watching what I eat like I was with my original subscribed item. I am not a health nut nor do I work out regularly. I would prefer junk food/comfort food over healthy food any day of the week so to find something that fills the need for sweets but still allows me to drink water is amazing! I can’t speak for long term results as I have only been using this for about a week.

This product does what it says it does! I feel fuller longer, I’ve got just enough energy. No jitters at all. I can drink one stick and it’s good for the day. Gives me better energy than coffee. Flavor isn’t the greatest but tolerable, to some might be too sweet and others may be over the top with lime. I add more water to dilute the flavor and it still works like a charm. Does what I need it to do.

Don’t use a clear bottle!
These taste fine, I don’t know if they help with weight loss yet, I just started drinking them.Why, oh why does the color have to look like dirty toilet water? Don’t use a clear bottle, people will wonder why you are drinking such ugly looking water!
