100% has improved my sleep
I wish i would have bought this mask years ago. This weighted sleep mask helps me go right to sleep. Super comfortable. Thick elastic and adjustable strap. Lightly weighted so you dont feel like something is sitting on your face. At first i thought the nose flap was unnecessary, but it helps block out any light. The only thing I’d change is that the weight (rice or something I’m assuming) can collect in the middle so i have to redistribute it every now and then. Minor problem that could be solved with some sort of divider inside. Overall, completely worth the money and way better than a non-weighted mask.
