Really helps decrease back pain
I have bad upper/lower back pain. 1st time I tried using with a shirt on and barely felt the spikes. Next day used without shirt, bare skin back, and spikes helped decrease pain. It’s like it’s releasing endorphins and overall just makes me feel better . I usually lay on my back flat on ground, and sometimes put my feet flat on ground with knees up. But if I haven’t used for a while, I remember that I have it, and then my back pain will be decreased and I’ll feel better the next day. Comes in a big nylon bag with drawstring. Size is from neck to lower hips. Comes with a neck pillow too, barely use it because it’s rather large. Someone told me they cut theirs in half to use so it’s more flat. I use it for about 20 minutes. Spikes do hurt to touch, so dont leave out, or lying around, especially if you have little kids. I’ve used the pillow for bottoms of feet. Felt weird but does release tension.

I was astounded! . After second use my leg symtoms were reduced to almost zero.
I’m 85 years old, still get around OK and live on my own. I have for some years experinced lower back soreness upon occasion and neuropathic symptoms in my feet and legs. On a whim I bought this pad/pillow set to try out, and after using only twice I have experienced much better back flexability and a huge reduction in my neuropathic symptoms. Ireceived it yesterday, used twice – once lying on the floor with a T-shirt and once sitting in my recliner with no shirt. Upoon going to bed I thought I would try it there and laid on it naked and used the pillow under my feet after bending my legs at the knees. I was reading like this and after half an hour I got up to get a drink and was utterly amazed – no twinges in my back and my neropathic symptoms were scaled back to almost nothing. I slept well, got up for an early breakfast and used it again, and am moving around like I did 20 years ago – or better. This is not BS – I don’t sell these things, maybe it will stop working, can’t tell, but I will use it for another session and keep doing so to see if it is the answer. I have no idea if others have this result but for me it is simply fantastic. Easey peasey – lie down, cure my ills while I read, and hit the bricks. If you have a condition like mine I would say to try it.

Upon reviewing a number of mattress pads, I ordered this one. I liked the design and it came with a matching pillow.The pillow is almost unbearable to lay on. Itâs like they purposely put upside down sharpened golf cleats on the entire pillow and mattress pad. Unless youâre 3â tall, you wonât fit on it. It only covers a small fraction of your upper body.I guess you get what you pay for. ð¤·ð»ââï¸

Used and Disgusting Product
I received my mat today, and fresh out of the box, it was clearly used. There was cat hair (or some other type of hair) and dust all over it. It was absolutely disgusting and gross. Iâm extremely disappointed in the condition of the product. I havenât even had a chance to try it because of how dirty it was. I plan on returning it or requesting a replacement. I will update this review if I ever get the chance to actually use the product and can speak to how it works. Very disappointed with this purchase.
