AMAZING!
I have done about 4 sessions on this and I love it! It is great for deep relaxation, pain relief, sleep and deepened my meditation. My boyfriend is enjoying it just as much. I’m sorry I didn’t try this sooner!

Helps with Back Pain and Blood Circulation
Wow, how great this product is! Must admit this looked weird to me at first but had heard acupressure had benefits so i tried it. First with light clothing and later on bare skin on a carpeted floor the plastic is hard but not sharp. It took away my back pain for over half the day with no pain. It provides an increased blood circulation which was intensely relaxing. After rolling off the mat to one side had to sit for a bit to let thing calm down. All this with just pressure, amazing. Hope this can help someone also.

Hurts So Good!
I didnât really know what to expect when ordering this, but I had seen quite a few advertisements and I thought I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! The first time I laid on it I thought there is no way I am going to be able to lay on this for any amount of time. The relaxing feeling and calmness that comes after the minutes go by is strangely satisfying. I prefer to lay it on my bed so there is a little more give, but my husband also uses it and prefers to lay it on the floor. I think the pillow is a must, it feels so good on the neck and back of the head. I wish the mat itself was made of different fabric that did not collect so much lint, which might be a problem if you have animals.

After 5 minutes I feel relief! I begin to relax and my muscle loosen up. Iâve used spike balls for trouble areas regularly but just love that I can address an entire area, itâs more wholistic. Itâs super lightweight and rolls up nicely. I recommend. Hope to use this daily!

The best therapy tool I own
I had a shorter version of this pad, and decided to upgrade. I have chronic pain and love laying on this pad! The quality is amazing and the purple color is so pretty! Itâs so comfortable, I have fallen asleep on it many times! Highly recommend.

Ouch UPDATE
Mine did not come with the carry case that was pictured. I personally did not notice much as far as pain relief for tight muscles. However, it did feel good. One thing to remember is to put it up when you have littles. I left mine folded on my bed, my 4 year old ended up climbing up onto my bed (its tall) and ended up cutting herself on the spikes. No rough housing, she had unfolded it and went to crawl over it and did not lift her hand high enough I guess and dragged it right over the spikes which left 2 good cuts on the palm of her hand. Lesson learned, not a product issue, but maybe an FYI if you’ve never had one of these before. This was my first one myself.UPDATE Seller reached out about issue with my daughter, they did end up saying that they were going to place a warning on the Amazon listing for people that do not know much about these.

LOVE IT
I was recommended this from a friend. I didn’t think there was going to be much difference between just cheaper Amazon one versus like the name brand one from the drugstore. And I think that I’m right. I am a taller person so I went with the longer body one and I love it. I use it just before going to bed. You can use clothes on it so it doesn’t hurt as much but honestly I prefer to go with just my skin. I have been having relief with this. Also an amazing back scratcher. I’m happy with it. Had for a few months now and no issues!

I bought this to walk on. I’m a hairstylist, so I’m standing in one spot for hours on end each day. Whenever my feet hurt from the pressure of being on them for too long, I walk back and forth (or even jump up and down) on this mat. It feels amazing. Better than a foot massage (but we won’t tell my husband that, because we want to keep the massages coming). The price is excellent and so is the quality!

A friend of mine told me to get this because her ADHD is off the hook and 10 minutes on this does wonders for her – Iâm still on the fence. It doesnât feel wonderful, but itâs not painful either. I think the purpose is to hack your brain into focusing on body sensations first and then you lock yourself into that and calmness follows.The pillow is a bit too much for me (I drape a pillow case over it) and use the mat at night, but Iâm just not masochistic enough to do yoga on it. Need to have a few more weeks with it to see it the experience holds up to the claim

I get stiffness in my shoulders and this helps the muscles loosin up. Rolling the neck back and forth on the pillow helps with tension I didn’t even realize.

This isnât my first mat, there are too many points per disc and they donât feel pointy enough for me. Length is nice but the space halfway is annoying unless you plan to put it on a chair. If i could of tested it first i would of never bought it. Get the brand name one this does not compare
