Disappointing in terms of the condition of the container. All looked fine on arrival, but in fact, the product is constantly leaking out the top, which is messy and wasteful. Not sure if there are little cracks maybe from delivery? My tween just wanted some simple clear gloss that was cruelty free. This fit the bill. She used her own bday money. She’s disappointed. I gave 3 stars because the actual gloss if fine I guess. Just the packaging of it is crap, and she won’t actually get to use all of the product since it just squeezes out the top and she needs to wipe that away.
