**Update: I’ve purchased this primer 3 times now! I love it! It worked well for the hot summer when I was more oily. Now that it’s cooling off and my skin is a bit more dry, it’s still fantastic. It performs better on my dry areas than I initially thought it would! I’ve pushed aside all my high end primers for this! I’ve found it’s most similar to urban decay all nighter primer when comparing it to high end primers.**Original review:Where do I even begin with this primer lol. So someone mentioned in the reviews it compares to tatcha liquid silk canvas, which I absolutely love, but is very expensive! When I read the review I thought that was too good to be true. Well I ordered the primer anyway to give it a try. When it first got it I didn’t think much of it, it sat in my overloaded makeup drawer for a while. I eventually pulled it out and to my surprise the consistency is a little odd. It is kinda thick-ish when it comes out of the tube. It also isn’t the typical silicone primer like I’m used to. I didn’t realize until I was wearing the primer how much better my makeup and skin looked. I looked in the mirror outside in the middle of the day in natural light and then realized this was a darn good primer! Now of course it’s no miracle, my pores are problematic, but I noticed a big difference! I don’t think it’s quite as good as tatcha BUT its definitely comparable and at a fraction of the cost! It’s my favorite drugstore primer now. I’ve tried most of them: baby skin, nyx, maybelline, revlon, L’Oréal, other wet n wild ones, Malani, too many to remember and name. I have combination skin with a very oily t zone but dry between my brows and cheeks. I am 32 years old with some fine lines, large pores and texture. This primer does a really great job! It doesn’t dry my skin out and definitely helps to hide pores and fine lines. It helped with the wear of my makeup and it didn’t rub off on my mask as much as normal. I have used it with both powder (fenty powder foundation) and liquid (makeup forever HD & nyx can’t stop won’t stop) foundations and it works well with both! It did help to control my oily t zone while not making my dry areas worse. I don’t know what they did to make this primer work for both oily and dry areas but it does the job! I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s hydrating like the nyx marshmallow primer, but it does give some light hydration. It definitely doesn’t dry me out and does help with dry flaky skin. If your skin is superrrr dry and you are looking for a really hydrating primer there’s probably better options like nyx hydro touch and nyx marshmallow primers. If you have normal dry, dry-combo, combo, oily, oily-combo try this! Everyone’s skin is different though. What works for me may or may not work for someone else! I think it’s good for all ages as well. My teen step daughter loves it and she has very acne prone normal to dry skin. My mom loves it and has mature combo skin. Honestly for the price you can’t go wrong. Sure there’s high end primers that beat it, but I will switch to this for now because of the price. I will probably repurchase too!

This stuff is great. I love it. I will continue to buy it. Does exactly what it says it’s gonna do. My pores feel I love much better before I apply my makeup. And it does not most importantly, leave any type of residue or greasy substance on my skin, before applying my makeup. Works great.And it’s a good price, a definite keeper.

Love everything about it
Wet n Wild has been knocking it out of the proverbial park lately. I don’t know how they manage the extremely reasonable price point, and they don’t test on animals (so they claim but I think it’s legit) but their products never disappoint. This stuff in particular smooths pores, makes a nice light base for makeup, smells good and feels nice and cool on application (don’t get it too close to your eyes). Somehow doesn’t clog pores either. A lot of product for the money too, a little goes a long way. I hope they don’t discontinue this stuff!!

The BEST Non-Silicone & Drugstore Primer!
This primer is constantly out of stock locally & it’s no surprise why! A tube lasts a decent amount of time, but this was probably my third re-purchase, and as someone with sensitive skin that loves to wear a SUPER full face I love this primer more than the high end ones I’ve used in the past. Out performs certain “putty” primers (trust me when I say I’ve tried just about every cruelty-free drugstore primer possible, this one’s half the price of most & THE BEST.) isn’t drying (or greasy!) and helps out my skin texture as someone that’s had moderate/severe acne & scarring for 15yrs+.Actual silicone primers mess with my skin but I seem to get the same smoothness here, and the longevity has never been an issue! (If anything, getting my “face” off IS an issue lol – even on a hot day) I do have better luck applying my foundation & concealer with a brush than a sponge over it though, not sure if that’s a me-thing or has to do with the product, but I don’t mind either way – I’ll keep buying it as long as they keep making it!…Plus c’mon, it’s like $5. Are you kidding?!
