Top no, bottoms yes
I like the shorts but I don’t like the top. The top feels awkward around the shoulders. I also don’t like that I have to pull the shirt over my head to get it off. This means I would be getting sweat from the shirt in my hair and on my face. The shorts fit great. I like the mild compression at the top of the shorts. I do sweat a lot with this on, and I feel like I’m making a lot of progress. I would recommend the bottoms but not the top.
