Great messager , great value
This massager works well. It does have plastic parts so you wanna be sure not to over tighten the attachments. If you over tighten, you probably will break it. I saw notes that people think itâs loud. It does get loud if you donât tighten the attachments correctly and if theyâre loose, yes itâs very loud. But if you tighten correctly, itâs not that loud. Itâs actually rather quiet I find. I strained both my calves and this product did very well to work that out and speed it up my recovery. I think it could last quite a while so long as youâre respectful of the plastic parts and donât overdo it when tightening. I like that the handheld device has a dial to regulate how rapid the pulses are. Easy to use and operate. Yeah I think itâs a good product. Sure canât beat the price.

Iâll tell you that this âpersonal massagerâ is WONDERFUL. I discovered the magic of Penile Vibratory Stimulation, and this is much more affordable than going to hustler or some other shop. Literally great for all areas of the body. Great product. Will buy again if it dies lol

Great medium pressure massager
This works great for my legs, feet, shoulders and back. I have used it for several years. When I could not raise my right arm and was doing physical therapy with slow results, a few minutes on my shoulder and shoulder blade completely removed the problem. I could raise my arm with no pain or obstruction. I massage my legs after walking and it helps de-stress. I have ankle and heel pain that is mostly alleviated with this massage. I would probably get even better results with someone else massaging so I can fully relax. I usually use the lowest setting and do not need the max. I am in my 60s with some arthritis and hip issues and this definitely helps. I am fearful of the higher powered massagers but was considering an upgrade because I have had the issue where this has broken. I am thankful I read the review where the person took his apart after hearing the loose screw. I did the same and was able to fix mine and it now works perfectly. It was a little tricky getting it back together but I did and I am NOT mechanically inclined. I recommend this as a starter for anyone condidering a deep tissue massager. It is noisy, but there are no battery issues since it is corded. It probably not as powerful as some others but itâs safe and I think powerful enough for most. You may have to tighten an inner screw, but it is doable.

I’m not one of those people who throws my arms around people’s shoulders, proclaiming, “I love you guys!” So when I say I love this thing, I mean it. Unlike vibrating massagers that only make my skin itch, this one goes deep and untangles knots. The up-and-down motion of the head is akin to the masseuse you see on TV, pounding on someone’s back with karate chop motions. It loosens up my tight shoulder muscles, which I have every day from working a nerdy job all day long in front of a computer.You can crank up the speed, but I rarely need to do that, as the low setting often yields an extra pounding if I hold it a certain way, as the head bounces off an especially knotted muscle. I’ve also mashed the thing into my butt, trying to get those elusive tight bands nestled deep within my luscious cheeks from sitting too long, and it does not slow down or get labored. It keeps right on cranking at the same speed. It feels reliable and solid, even after using it every night for a month.As a side note, for ladies wondering if this can double as a vibrator for those lonely nights, I would say NO. The movement on this head is percussive, meaning it whacks at you, rather than vibrating. You’re likely to injure yourself trying to use it down there, unless you happen to like it really, REALLY rough.TIP: Using this on your shoulder blades can cause new cramps in the arm that’s holding it. What I do is to sit with one knee bent up, then rest my arm on that. If you don’t rest the gripping arm on something, it’ll tire very quickly, because this massager isn’t all that light. I’m not complaining about the weight though, because I’d rather have a sturdy device than a shoddy one.UPDATE:This thing finally died on me… after SEVEN YEARS of almost daily use! And it wasn’t the percussive mechanism either. The cord got too stressed from the angles I put it in and eventually stopped conducting power due to loose wires or something. I’m definitely getting another one.

Powerful, but only lasted about 3.5 years
It worked well until it didn’t. It would be nice if the part could be replaced but of courseIt burned out after 5.5 years with a 2 year hiatus, so 3.5 years. Not great for a Wahl product comparing other products I have had of theirs for far longer, even decades (trimmer). Udate: tried to clean motor which temporarily got it going again. I should have used proper electrical cleaner (do not recommend anything else or doing this if you are not experienced) but it was worth a try.

Inexpensive but Powerful
This is my 2d one; 1st lasted 5 years; I use it hard every day. Use it with my stretching workout. Stretching serves its own purpose, but this massager keeps my hamstrings loose. Love the extra long power cord. Quiet but powerful. Interestingly, you can run this massager over bones and you don’t notice it. The curved long handle reaches hard to get to places and it so well balanced that it doesn’t feel heavy. I have spent 2 to 3x more for massagers that don’t provide the same performance as this one does. One final note: there are at least 6 PhilipHead screws holding the device together. I use a long-shank screw driver to tighten the screws after considerable use. They don’t need much turning, but when you do, the massager rewards you with more magnificent performance that you can barely hear.
