My mom used to have what we called spicy lip gloss back in the day and I loved it. So glad I found the same one we used to use. Trashy but it does what it says but not by its ingredients. It burns the lips a bit so it causes you to naturally do a mild duck face. Your lips naturally react to something that burns a bit so you pout. Idk if you’re looking for that look (which I personally like) this is a great product. If you’re looking for a subtle bit plump look, I’d pass on this and recommend juvederm. All plumping glosses are lies. Tried a bunch. I like this one cause it’s cheap and creates the false allure of DSLs. Which I have naturally thank you very much.

Comparable to Too Faced Lip Plumper
I bought both the Hot Shot plumping gloss and oil. The oil is effective, but less intense but good. I was looking for an intense plumper and the gloss is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It definitely burns, but it for sure plumps. Both are extremely comparable to Too Faced products and I will no longer keep over paying for the name brand. This is my new go to.

The sensation you get from this is a numbing feeling and it really does work well. Discoloration is minimal if at all (I usually use a lip stain underneath). Overall works really really well and lasts long.
