Better than Suavecito
I’ve used Suavecito for years, trying other brands occasionally, and love this brand! It doesn’t weigh my hair down, doesn’t leave gunk all over my head, isn’t greasy, doesn’t have a powerful aroma, is easy to style and rinses out quickly with water. It isn’t pasty, like glue or gritty. It’s dense but lightweight. I slick my hair back daily and have finally found a pomade that is worthy and affordable for every day use. This is my new pomade. It holds my hair firmly without feeling like glue and lasts all day long while I perform blue collar work. If I mess my hair up, I just wet my hands, run them over my hair and comb it again. This stuff is awesome and works like a charm!

Good pomade
It’s a little thicker than most pomade but has a great hold and is easy to work with. Mid level shine, so if you want a really shiny style this might not be for you. You get a lot of product dor the price, I will definitely be ordering this again. All in all it’s a great pomade.

Leaves Yellow Tinit
I have gray hair and this leaves a yellow tint to your hair. Easily washed out and it works as promised but I am unable to use with my hair color.

Destroyed my hair from one use and it hasn’t been the same since!
I don’t know what is in this stuff that may have caused it, but I used it once and it DESTROYED my hair by changing the texture of it. My hair became this light thin flyaway flat texture after i washed it out and so far, it has not gone back to the way it was before weeks later. I hate it because now my hair is lifeless. To make matters worse, after i used it once, my hair started falling out in clumps! Was it this stuff making me lose my hair all of a sudden? I mean i guess it could be from something else and i was just about to start going bald at that exact moment? But it seems awfully coincidental that this all happened at the same time right after using this product. Maybe i’m allergic to something in it that caused me to start going bald? I have no idea, but i would never use it again for these reasons.

This product exceeded my expactations. It hold my hair better than almost any product I’ve ever used. Glue types might hold firmer, but they feel crunchy and hard, this doesn’t. It just keeps your hair where you want it all day long. Will definitely get more when this tub runs low. Bonus point for a good but not overpowering scent.
