Good but not outstanding
This is a good vibration plate but not outstanding. The vibration frequency (speed) can be changed in steps from 1 to 99 but the displacement stays the same. I would have liked to be able to control the displacement as well, but that most likely requires a different drive mechanism. At the maximum speed the vibration may be dangerous for your knee joints so don’t push the speed too far. The bluetooth speakers are probably better than listening to music from your phone without headphones but they are not great. The bluetooth control buttons from the remote control don’t do anything. The volume level doesn’t change. You can use your phone to control the volume and to change tracks. The remote control is infrared-based so you need to point it towards the device. Although it has a LED indicator, that doesn’t work, but that shouldn’t be a big concern.

Been using this everyday for 30mins. after my HIIT workouts, works great to relieve sore muscles. Very sturdy, durable and easy to set up. Touchscreen feature is astonishing but I mostly use the remote for convenience. Has a lot of modes, intensity you can choose from to cater your fitness goals, can even connect to other device via Bluetooth, which is cool. Compact and doesn’t take much space. One of my best purchases.

It’s interesting
It’s a great choice for my gym. I’m really impressed with this vibration plate! It’s easy to use and I feel very stable and comfortable on it. It’s also great for lymphatic drainage and helps with post-workout recovery. It doesn’t put any strain on my body!

Remote doesn’t work
We set it up quickly and it is pretty compact. I was excited to use it. After 2 family members tried to use the remote and switched out the batteries a few times, we finally figured out the remote was broken. I tried to contact Amazon support and my only option was to return it for a refund. It didn’t seem worth it since the rest of the machine worked. I just had to set it up first or try to adjust the settings with my toes. 🙂 Anyways, it legit holds 250lbs without trouble, I’ve tried it with and without doing curls with the resistance bands and it adds a little something. It isn’t much resistance, but it is a little extra. You can’t look around or get too distracted because it isn’t a real big plate. You don’t want to lose your balance. I almost stepped off (accidently). It was best if I just did it while watching TV. We will see if it does anything for me!
