Love the manual mode!
The vibration plate trend got me, but Iâm happy it did!Iâve been using this for 10-30 minutes each night and Iâve noticed a lot of health improvements. Itâs important to note that Iâm not using this for weight loss or fat loss – mostly as just a way to get my unmotivated body moving. Iâm relatively healthy as well. Biggest thing I noticed is that this helps with my anxiety! Something about the shaking just helps to release everything. Itâs also helped with digestive issues! I definitely notice it getting the blood circulating in my body.I love the resistance bands that come with this one. Itâs helpful to get a quick arm workout in while Iâm standing there. You could easily shorten them too if you needed more resistance or wanted to use them sitting down. The remote is a huge plus – I can adjust the vibrations as needed.I was using the programs as first but lately Iâve just been putting it in manual mode and adjusting myself.I do wish this was a tiny bit wider. I see a lot of people sit cross legged on theirs and there is no way I could do that (Iâm 5â7 long legs). I have nothing to compare the sound level too but itâs not super loud. Now if you have it full blast and you get off of it – it will be loud and move around but thatâs what I like putting mine on a cheap yoga mat. The directions come with a lot of tips and exercises you can do as well!

Iâve been using this vibration platform for a week now, and itâs been great! Perfect for anyone who sits for long hoursâreally helps loosen up the body and makes my muscles feel nice. My back pain has already improved after just one session a day at a low setting (10-15 minutes). Came in a safe and secure package, super easy to use, and I have high hopes for it in the long run. Fun and Effective
Wasnât sure what to expect from a vibrating plate and with a bad back I was a bit hesitant to try it. It was easy to set up and instructions were clear. I enjoy it SO much. Itâs actually fun – I watch TV and reap benefits while I stand. My circulation has improved, my back feels better and Iâm sleeping longer! I highly recommend this plate!
