Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Packaging, quality and value all in one. ðð½ JUST BUY IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED….

I’m using this to help with lymphatic draining. I’ve only used a few times but no complaints so far. It has three different vibration setting to simulate various walking/jogging speeds. Easy to use, easy storage, comes with a remote, and the price is right.

I got this in November and itâs only been 3 months and the noise itâs making is so loud that I donât even want to get on it anymore. If I had the money to send this back I would! I wouldnât recommend this companyâs product to anyone. And I was going to get my mom one but it wouldnât be from this company! Iâm 5â2 and 175lbs so itâs not my weight thatâs causing this problem!

Great exercise plate
I bought 2 of these exercise plates that look exactly the same for Christmas presents. The blue is very pretty!One was for my sister and one was for my 77 year old mom.My mom has a lot of trouble with her legs hurting and swelling and sheâs been using this since I got it for her Christmas 2024. My mom uses it during the day, but also before she goes to bed and she says it has really helped her leg pain so she sleeps better at night.My sister also says she likes hers too. Since she has a job requiring her to sit at a computer a lot it, this gives her leg the movement they need during that time because she can slide it underneath her work desk.

I own 3 full size very expensive vibration machines because I find it helps with a variety of issues so I was hesitant to buy this less expensive vibration plate but I am just wowed by this one! It works just as well as my expensive ones but this one is portable and also fits nicely under my desk so that I can use it while working. It’s very very quiet compared to my large loud expensive one. I love that it also has 120 levels. It comes with resistance bands as well as a remote control which is a nice perk.
