Wow, this is great after a long day
I ended up liking this much more than I thought. After a long day at work and being on your feet, it is nice to get on this vibration plate to loosen up and feel relax. Me and my wife both get on this nightly. She loves it more than me, especially being a hairstylist and being on her feet all the time this machine is very durable and easy to set up.

I purchased this product to keep me active due to inclement weather, and in my case, snowfall. I needed to be able to have some fitness activity after meals, and the vibration plate has proven to be a wonderful alternative when walking outside just isnât possible.The setup is easy, and the instructions are comprehensive. The plate is wide and accommodates my weight (250 lbs.). Of note, the settings are simple to understand. Iâve been using this product for over a month now, and Iâve been very satisfied with my purchase, and fitness sustainment.The plate seems to enhance circulation and mobility in my lower body. Itâs also a positive challenge to pause in the push-up position for an arm and shoulder workout. Family friendly workout ( fun time)
I love this machine. Got it for the whole family. My daughter lives with us and her two kids. Boy 13 yrs old plays football, daughter 16 yrs old has PCOS , daughter 35 yrs old and myself Iâm 65 yrs old and I need to lose some weight but mostly want to get rid of some fat.This machine is wonderful. It works for all stages , light (walking) medium ( jog) heavier ( run). Has handles to help keep your balance for me but itâs an extra work out tool for the kids. We have noticed a difference in less than 2 weeks but of course with all of us being able to use it it makes it more fun than a boring work out. We are thinking we need at least one more so Iâm watching for discount sale. The price is worth every bit cost less than most but from others Iâve talked to I hit the jackpot with this one cause itâs so easy to use.

Real Health Benefits and Easy to Use..You will feel better every time you use it!
I first used vibration therapy for increased bone density during my chiropractic treatment. During that time, I discovered my edema greatly improved, and medicines were no longer necessary. Those two factors lead to my purchase of the Soft Gym. I am very pleased with the plate. It is a quick set-up, sturdily made, and easy to use . After use, I feel energized and have an overall feeling of goodwill. Right now, I use it about 10 mins a day and continue to try various speeds. It really helps with muscle aches, and I’ve had leg pain and lower back pain quickly improve with one session. In addition, as a senior citizen, the improved circulation is certainly welcomed. I highly recommend the Soft Gym Vibration Plate. It is one of the best things I’ve done for myself. With its positive results, it has quickly become part of my daily routine.

Great for tired achy muscles
I started using this on days I work out, after my work out to continue blood flow and cool down. Also great for use on days when there is no time to work out. Only takes 10 minutes. Have done low intensity put to medium intensity. Have yet to use the higher intensity. I work from home and sit at a desk everyday, so this loosens the tight muscles. The machine seems to be well built and sturdy.

Game changer
I love my vibration machine. I get on it everyday and it is working. I can feel my legs tightening up. The circulation in my legs is much better. I havenât had any restless leg syndrome since I been using it. I had a minor knee surgery a month ago and it is helping reduce my pain. The machine is stable and the speed is great.

Very durable
Didn’t know what to think when getting it. Heard lost of different things. Like how it grips to the ground and doesn’t slide around or move while on it. Had multiple different setting/programs from beginner to advanced. The programs are nice for you can start off easy and during the time limit on it, will adjust to higher level of vibration/movement and then go back down similar to doing a work out. Or if you want to have on just one setting, you can select staying on one lever for the time allotted. Goes up to a max of 15min (defaults starting at 10min and I just it higher) or you can lessen it if you don’t want to spend that much time on it.Just started using a few weeks ago, so haven’t noticed a big change and don’t feel sore after like some have mentioned but does help with blood circulation I have noticed.
