Heating Instructions
Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Additional Heating Tips
Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean it with disinfectant wipes. Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating it in the microwave. Place the wrap on a clean dry plate. Make sure that the wrap is folded so it does not touch the sides of the microwave.

No stinky smell after many many uses!
This has been a wonderful heat sock for my neck. I have had it since May 2024 and use it multiple times a week and it doesnât have the stinky burnt smell many hot socks end up getting.

Closest you can get to the OLD style Earth Therapeutics
I started using Bed Buddy brand about 20 years ago. Then found the wonderful Earth Therapeutics heating pads, which were the absolute best on the market for many years. They started manufacturing them with clay beads several years ago and if you read the reviews just about everyone that used them prior to that change agree that they are no longer worth purchasing. The clay beads stay warm for about 30 minutes, even if you cover it with a blanket. They also get hot spots and tend to burn holes in the fabric. I have been looking for a replacement for several years now, wasting money on products I hated. Then I saw this product that did not have clay beads and had a soft cover! It is the closest thing to Earth Therapeutics you will find. This stays warm for a few hours if it is under a blanket.I It is perfect for a sinus headache because it is packed tightly enough that I can put it across my forehead while laying down and the contents do not all fall to each side. I just wish this was also made in a horseshoe shape with a little less filling to put around the back of my neck when I go to bed. This one is too stiff for that purpose. Also, a removable cover would be great so it could be washed.

This has been a pretty nice therapy device to help my wife with neck pain. Very soft, enough length and weight to keep it in place without holding. And the straps make adjustment very simple. It’s been a couple of months now and she’s liking it so far. Even takes it on her morning commute (as important as her daily coffee).One drawback – she must’ve heated it too long one day. The microwave smells like burnt popcorn and the smell of this thing turns my stomach. I have a super-sensitive nose, so maybe it’s a non-issue for other folks. But for me – it’s a bit unpleasant.

This wrap is so lovely. It provides gentle warmth that lasts about 30 minutes. The lavender aromatherapy is so nice especially when I wrap it around my neck before bed. Soothing overall
I bought one of the regular size in the lavender scent, then one without. They are nice and soothing overall.The lavender scent was quite strong and I wanted to take it on a trip with me, but had concerns that the smell might be overwhelming for my travel buddy. I bought the unscented one, but didn’t care for the odor. For some reason, the package itself smelled like BO. I figured since it was sealed, the item itself would be OK, but that smelled like BO too. It has now aired out for a couple weeks and seems OK. The overpowering lavender smell has also lessened and I’m enjoying it.Like another reviewer noted, I heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave, rearrange it, and heat again, up to 1.5 minutes total (but only 30 seconds at a time) and haven’t had any issues. I always put it on a paper plate to prevent it touching any microwave spills.This is really nice for my neck issues. There is just the right amount of fill — I can shift it so there’s no fill on the back but plenty on the sides, so it kind of works like a C-collar, except I can put my head back on the couch or chair if I like. I do recommend it.

Seems well made and is comfortable
This works as advertised and is soft and comfortable. It would be better about 6â longer but this will do. I have heated it up and used it approximately 15 times now and itâs holding up well. The temperature when heated per instructions is good. There is a food smell that is quite noticeable but not annoying. Iâd buy it again.

I had the worst Torticollis I had ever had. Usually it would pass in a day or so but this just got worse. Dr rather reluctantly prescribed muscle relaxants and painkillers but they only took the edge off. This item brought my sanity back.I went for the unscented one but still you can smell the grain inside and that smell is great! The heat is just right, my only criticism, which is minor, is it doesn’t last as long as I would like. But yes, it has instructions how to top the heat up.It eased the pain so I could then start moving the neck and normality was resumed 🙂
