Excellent Whole Foods Vitamin Option!
Been taking this whole food vitamin for about 5 years now and I love it. I am a women in perimenopause age and was wanting to take a vitamin that was similiar to the benefits of whole food vitamins that I see advertised on TV, but I didn’t want to commit to a subscription. This is a great alternative. Now, you do have to take 3 pills at a time, so you may run through the bottle quickly if you are taking daily, but you are truly getting the benefits of real whole foods, probiotics and, you may not know this, but functional mushrooms which have proven health benefits. I love that it is a clean product through and through. I feel great and will continue taking these for the long haul.

has so many nutrients I want All in one. so good so far so good been taking for 5 days? I always get vitamins on Amazon. I usually switch it up, but I think I found one I will stick with. I have so much energy!!! I feel just… great honestly. 10 stars.

Huge but actually easy to swallow!
These capsules are huge, but I am editing and changing my review because they may be a little huge, but they are indeed easy to swallow. I’ve been taking them ever since I received them. + They actually are really very very good!! I feel better I I’m a vegetarian and I was taking them to gain extra supplements that I’m not getting through food that I eat. And as it turns out, I absolutely love these vitamins and I will continue to buy them. There is indeed nothing bad I can say about them whatsoever!! I truly feel you cannot go wrong with these vitamins. Give them a try if you do have trouble swallowing things just sit down and take them with some cold water. Not ice water but cold water and they go down just as smooth as can be.

Worked for years until now it doesn’t
I have used these vitamins for years with good results, until my last couple orders. My husband complained that they bothered his stomach & I just assumed that was just him being overly sensitive. After all, I’ve taken them (at only 1 a day for years, and both my daughter & I took them through the pandemic with general health improvement. I skip taking them from time to time, but have always got back into the habit because I felt better on them until… this last batch. There has always been color differences between batches, but this time I think whatever made the change effected me poorly. While it’s entirely possible my own health has changed (I’ve always had a bit of a sensitive gut – but these were helping it for years!) now I can’t take one without having problems. I’ve tried holding my other supplements and only taken this one (Others included: a probiotic, Mg, Zinc, Vit B, & Vit E & occasional iron – all of which served me well alongside this MVI until recently), tried going off this one completely, tried just taking my other supplements, & tried other multi-vitamins. And… it’s this multivitamin. When I am off it, my gut issues resolve. As soon as I add it back in my gut rebels. I thought it was something else for months, but no. I’m super sad because it worked so well for so long. Now I need to find something else. I get stupid cravings & generalized fatigue without a multi
