Helping my liver and helpin g my kidneys
So I’ve read many times that milk thistle is very beneficial, so I’ve taken it before but I can’t say I noticed anything life changing about it…just figured it was helping but more under the radar in terms of noticeable benefits. Well, I just recently watched a docuseries class on the liver and milk thistle helps make glutathione which is very beneficial to the liver and the body just in general. So I decided to try again. I looked for the strongest, organic one I could find.I don’t really have any known liver issues, however I do have kidney issues. Both liver and kidneys work to filter waste and toxins from the body. My kidneys don’t filter like they need to so I thought perhaps giving my liver some extra support might also help my kidneys. And it definitely seems to be working!! What I notice: 1. Ankle swelling is almost totally gone. 2. I believe it is helping me sleep better. 3. Feel more energetic which is a big deal with kidneys not functioning to full capacity. This is helping. 4. Improving elimination in the morning. It’s now easier and more complete. Disclosure: I take more than the recommended dose. I usually take 3 a day. What I like is that this is organic, veggie capsules, and extra strength extract – I can actually tell it is helping me. What I don’t like is the small capsule count. I wish they offered bigger bottles with 120 caps, and at a bit better price. But this is worth it for me.
