This product took about 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use to show results. I realized that I’d gone the whole day without taking any Naproxen for my screaming knees and hips.I’m a trucker. This is a good source of Turmeric which is an immune booster. however pills are bit larger to swallow. will give three stars.

Other articles I’ve read stressed the importance of using an organic turmeric since this product is often grown in countries that are OK with the use of strong pesticides and herbicides. That was the main reason for selecting this brand. After taking 700 mg/day for 30 days I can tell my daily pain has been reduced. Not sure I’ll jump to the recommended 1400 mg/day dose because the warnings say stomach upset is possible. Recommended dosage is all over the place so I’m going to stick with what works for me. I am not good at taking larger tablets but this one is small enough that I could do it. This product is not a gelatin capsule. It is a hard-coated tablet. No lingering flavor.
