WORKS PERFECTLY!
I can hardly believe this! Even though this stopper came with zero instructions, no manual, etc⦠I simply put it in my bathtub drain, pushed the pop-up down, and added water. It sealed it completely. I popped the lid again with one easy touch, and voila! It drained instantly. I used to have the old flip lever style drain, which always let water slowly leak out during a bath. Then we had a new âTip to close/openâ installed which sealed poorly, and sounded like a diesel truck while draining at a snailâs pace. We recently tried, but returned, a tub stopper similar to this one, but it didnât seal at all.However, this Anlige model works great. A tub full of water actually stays full! It comes with two larger gaskets to accommodate larger sizes of bathtub drains, but the smallest one came pre-installed and fit my drain just fine. This mechanism seems very sturdy, and also looks nice and streamlined. Iâd think that any cleaning of hair should be a a breeze: you just pull it out, remove any hair, then reinsert it. Period. Nothing to disassemble, nothing to screw in. We are really glad to find something like this that actually does exactly what it claims, and the price makes it a very good value!

Iâve been using this new bathtub stopper for two weeks now, and it works perfectly! Installation was super easyâjust remove the old stopper and snap this one in place (no screwing required). The design is sleek and almost recessed, giving the tub a modern, polished look.One of its standout features is its ability to catch hair effectively. While this means I need to clean it daily to avoid slow draining, I actually appreciate how well it prevents clogs.The construction is impressiveâdurable, heavy, and clearly high-quality. Itâs a significant upgrade compared to other chrome plastic stoppers.Although a small amount of water collects around the rim (see photo), itâs hardly an issue for me. Overall, this stopper has been an excellent addition to my bathroom, combining functionality and great design!

Restricts Water Flow, but Looks Nice and Performs the Replacement Stopper Function Well
My main criticism is that this unit definitely restricts water flow. My drain practically sucks down the water without this unit in it and the water backs up a bit with the unit installed. When showering the drainage catches up to an acceptable amount, but always has a ring of water around because it can’t drain as fast. It isn’t anything I can’t live with, however, and is acceptable.It does look very nice, is built well (i.e., not cheap) and performs the replacement stopper function as expected. No water drains when the stopper is engaged.It certainly beats trying to replace the threaded stopper that was in the original drain. Fixing the threads or replacing the cross member would have cost a lot and been a real pain doing it myself.Not sure about the ability to catch hair yet; I’ve only seen a few strands in it.

Fits very well
Good product. It comes with three gaskets and fit very will in two different size drains I tried. Hold water well and easy to operate. I purchased the one with exposed hair catches as I think it is easier to clean.

Elegant solution the works perfectly!
The original plug in our jacuzzi tub came apart so I took it out and have been on a search for months to find a plug that fits. Stumbled across this on AMZ and decided to try it. Easy to measure diameter of my drain to get the right size. Once it came I just dropped it into place and presto my drain problem is now solved – and this plug looks so pretty compared to the white rubber plug Iâve been using! Held the water in the tub overnight with no issues. It even comes with a second set of silicone washers. Love this thing!

Universal-ish, water slowly drains when used
First of all, this just sits in the drain and can be pulled off but also has a tap to open and close function. There are three gaskets which theoretically hold water back along with one being changeable to fit your drain, with three sizes provided. I used the best possible option for my drain but the water always slowly seeps through.

Works well. Try different gasket combinations.
Super easy to install, just pop it in. It comes with 3 different sized silicone gaskets and 0 instructions. Since my tub drain is fairly large, I assumed that the large gasket that was already attached to the stopper would work best. But no, the tub lost 3 inches of water per hour that way. Then I tried stacking multiple gaskets in various combinations. What finally worked best was to stack the largest and smallest gaskets, with the smallest touching the drain hole. I think that’s because my drain has a curved rim that needed a little extra coverage. With that combination, it only loses 1/8″ an hour, more than adequate for my needs. Another water retention tip: When installing, make sure the stopper is precisely centered over the drain hole.
