I love this machine, I use it every other day, It helps with my legs and getting my circulation going, I turn on my tv and just turn on the machine and get a good workout. The only thing that bothers me is the placement of the electric cord plug, it’s on the bottom of the machine and it easily comes out. But, it works great, Thank you!

Great leg and foot muscle exerciser that operates quietly. The build is strong but not huge, we have this set up in our family room. Everyone can relax and pedal it when watching TV. I failed and hurt my hip a month ago. I cannot move quickly and cannot run or even hike because of the hip injury. This ellipse leg exerciser is my best friend during my recovery. At the beginning, I could only turn on the machine and let the engine brings my foot to make passive exercise. My leg muscle got suitable exercise by following the engine. After a few days, I can pedal without turning on the engine. The ellipse move makes my leg active without affecting my hip too much. I would recommend this great product to anyone with exercise restrictions caused by either aging or injury.

No resistance
The remote control does not work. I don’t feel as though it is doing a thing for me. No workout , etc While some say if is quiet I would not use at my office or other work space. It does make noise and others could hear it if they were in a room with me.

For people who need help moving the pedals
Iâm kind of disappointed in this item. Thereâs no way to set it to just be self-powered at whatever speed like on a real elliptical. Not even at some randomly chosen easy resistance (which was really what I expected). Just SOMETHING. Nope. You will get assistance in your stride whether you like it or not.
