My hair is super thick and super long. And this bad boy held up for 2 years. It dries my hair fast for all of my hair it takes 45 min to an hour. It overheated and stopped working but itâs was efficient for 2 years. My hair was softer and didnât frizz as much when I used it. Itâs sad I am back on the market but looking for new hair tech to tackle my thick long hair.

And this did not disappoint. I have been using my normal blow dryer after washing my hair but it makes my hair so dry and frizzy. This is a game-changer for me. I use heat protectant/leave-on conditioner before I use this after washing my hair. My hair is soft, shiny and not frizzy! The Tymo hair drying brush is fast at drying and straightening my hair. It adds volume & shine. My hair is just long enough to add a curly, wave. I donât use this device often because I have curly hair. The last few times Iâve used the dryer it has started to smoke up my bathroom. I eliminated the hair products I use, made sure my dryer brush was clean, and the vent was clean and it still smokes. So, Iâm sure itâs on borrowed time based off others reviews. Iâm outside of the return period. Iâll probably try Tymo customer service and see if they replace it under warranty?

I bought this product on the 14/07/2024. I have used it just once. Being a novice , I still found it easy to use. However the dryer just stopped working the second time I tried to use it, and it had been just a month and a half from the date of purchase. Since the return window has lapsed, I had to make multiple calls to Amazon customer service . Also I wrote to the Tymo India website , they said itâs not from their site and hence refused to take back the product. The website or the phone number on the box Is illegible. There is no warranty period mentioned as well on the pamphlet .I wonder Jrâs the product is genuine. Hopefully Amazon will be able to help me now that I have raised a complaint again.
