Good set
I got these to use on my horse and myself. Myhorse has many different levels of response and we all know a horse isn’t going to have a placebo effect. I board him at a rescue and I have used these on many f I’ll different horses there, all old with arthritis and other ailments. They all appreciate it. They turn and look me in the eye when I’m on a “spot”.

Instructions would have been helpful, but I am still happy with it
My only complaint with the set is that it didn’t come with instructions, so I had to watch some youtube videos to figure out what to do. I am still very much a novice, but I am hopeful this will help with my chronic pain, or if nothing else, it will be a nice addition to my wellness routine. It is a beautiful set, and the sounds are very relaxing. I definitely recommend this!

Nice set of tuning forks with case included
This seems like a great set of tuning forks, although admittedly I donât know much about tuning forks (yet).There are 2 unweighted forks & 2 weighted forks. Thereâs a hockey puck shaped activator (you hit it to get sound). Each fork has its frequency (HZ) printed on it.The only thing missing is information on how to use the tuning forks â that would have been a nice touch.I think this is a great set of tuning forks for beginners; you just have to find information on using them on your own.

Excellent quality. The sounds are beautiful and relaxing. I recommend watching some YouTube videos for tips and tricks on how to use these, but I am super happy to have them. Even if you don’t exactly know how to use them, the sounds alone are lovely!

Is it relaxing because it works, or is it relaxing because I am taking a moment and focusing on my well being? Considering the end goal, I have to say it doesn’t even matter, because an sense of calm came over me from the moment I unwrapped it to when I placed the on my collar bones, the nape of my neck, and my temples

Great starter kit
I always wanted to have those tuning forks and when I had the opportunity I decided to give this kit a try.So far I have been learning a lot and this kit seems amazing for the price, everything came well packed and Iâm all set for some time.The pouch to keep everything organized definitely set this apart in my opinion.Definitely recommended if you are into alternative healing strategies.

Nice set of forks. I’ve been watching videos on how to use the frequencies to assist with healing aching joints. The carry bag seems a bit on the cheap side but does the job.
