DOES NOT WORK!!!! Do not waste your money on this product. It does not work. Did not decrease my appetite at all! Wished I’d never bought them. This product is nothing but a scam!!!!! I’d give it a zero rating if it were possible.

It definitely does help with appetite control and makes you feel fuller. I would definitely recommend to take it an hour before scheduled eating time though 30 minutes for me did nothing.

Major heartburn!!
I was only taking this for about 9 days and had to stop because of terrible heartburn, and I am not one that gets heartburn. It definitely curbs your appetite but I could not tolerate it. Even after being off of it for 5 days, I am still having heartburn. Beware!

I just ordered my second bottle. One thing I did notice is a little bit of new nausea, but Iâm not 100% sure if this is what caused it. In the last week of use on the first bottle, I did drop 2 pounds which is an improvement. Iâm getting my second bottle today and intend to give it another 30 day try

I actually gained 10lbs while taking this. With a busy work/life schedule it was super inconvenient trying to plan the meals 30-60 minutes after taking the pill.

Not eligible for returns & significant quick side effects
Iâd give zero stars & return if I could. I received & took 1 pill as directed. Within 1 hr my blood sugar level dropped to 40 mg/dL & blood pressure elevated. Experienced extreme dizziness & nausea. I have taken similar products before (Rx & not) with no side effects (& no preexisting medical history). Took 6+ hours of alternating macro intake to stabilize blood sugar & BP. (I am in the healthcare industry so I have access to glucometer & bp cuff).
