Trekking Company Recommended for Trek in Nepal
My husband and I booked a trip through Crystal Mountain Treks for a 2 week trek to Gokyo Ri in the Himalayas. This product was recommended (for immune support) in the planning paperwork we received from the trekking company. We were nervous about getting sick and being in remote areas of the Himalyas and so we purchased this and took it on our trip. We both took the drops daily (can’t remember if we did so once or twice each day) starting a week prior and until we returned to the US. Although I’m not sick, I purchased this for the entire family to use prior to big public events and to use also during any family or community gatherings to provide our bodies extra immune support.
