Nice size to get higher pressure on foot pain
This ball is on the smaller side of some of the options and it is a nice option to use when you’re looking for a variety to manage foot pain. I use several different balls and having this in the tool kit is great as the high number of nubs provide a unique feeling that works great on the center of my foot. Product is high quality and should last for years. If you’re looking for a little more pressure definitely add this to your kit.

This was a big help for my foot issues
I was having some plantar issues on my foot due to running, and this was a big help in relieving those issues. The massage ball is stiff yet comfortable. It makes for easy rolling on the bottom of my foot, and it helped stretch out the muscles on my foot. I don’t need to use it all the time, but I definitely will keep it handy if my foot issues come up again in the future.

Reviewers were right….don’t buy the cheaper massage balls. This one is AMAZING!! It is firm but has a little give so that it is not painful. The size is perfect to take on the go. Purchased this ball to gently massage the arches in my feet due to plantar fascitis. Would purchase again and recommend!

Takes my pain away. Use them for about 5-10 minutes and then I can actually walk on bare feet again. Best product around I think because of the material and how it massages the tissue in the feet. Iâve used it for the palms of my hand too. This is a life long product I will hope you stay in business for ever or else Iâm buying 100 of these things. The only reason Iâve even needed to buy new ones is because I lost them, being small bouncy rolling balls haha. I recommend keep them in one drawer or space at all times or your pets might play with them and they will disappear. This product deserves more than five stars. Thank you for making it so easily available.

Es pequeña, excelente para lugares especÃficos, muy resistente si llega al músculo deseado, mi hija se lastimo el cuello levantado pesas, uso esta bolita antes de dormir, la puso en el piso y ella se la coloco en la espalda y estuvo haciendo presión donde el dolor se reflejaba en el cuello, al dÃa siguiente se levantó sin dolor alguno, yo la uso para dolores de cabeza, me doy masajes en los hombros, la recomiendo 100%, es muuy buena, solo hay que usarla, guardada en el cajón no funciona âºï¸ Excelente precio!
