Great Low Cost Stretching
This strap has very sturdy stitching that allows you to customise the use and grab it from different sections. I bought it and use it exclusively for stretching my feet and ankles since I have Haglungs Deformity and I donât want to have surgery. It seems to be doing the trick. Anyone with plantar faciitous could use this as well. I would recommend it.

Helping me with physical
I needed to get one of these “stretch it out” straps. I looked at a few different brands here on Amazon and decided to purchase this one. It arrived today and I immediately put it through my PT exercise program. It is sized and fits and feels just like the one at the PT clinic. It’s extremely durable. Has no elasticity which is necessary for this kind of product and is made of a fabric or material that is pleasant to touch. I have sensitive skin and I don’t like handling really rough or course things. Looks like it will last a long timeYou have a few choices of color which is interesting. At the therapist’s, hers are all green. I like that I could get a black one and be a little bit understated.I’ll update this review if going forward I have any surprises

Strong and adaptable lengths
Good all around, strong, and the many âhand of footâ holding straps make it useful and adjustable. My only complaint is the fabric is slippery when using around my stocking feet doing exercise for post hip replacement surgery.

Perfect for rehabbing ACL and meniscus after surgery?
I got this to help me rehab my ACL and meniscus after a very rough surgery. Itâs not stretchy at all. It comes with many links so you can stretch more. I like that. Itâs soft and durable so it doesnât chew up your hands. Super easy to use, and itâs made very well. I think itâll be versatile for quite some time. Iâll probably have this thing for years. The color you buy doesnât matter, get whatever you want. I bought black. Simple to use too.

Much easier to do my flossing exercises on my feet. For sciatica. It has openings in perfect places so you can put your hands through in a variety of spots to make the exercise easier. No need to use hands to hold leg up. Take up a lot of slack or a little. Doesnât hurt your hands either. Nice grip. Works as it states. Very easy to take around with me everywhere.

Multi hooped non rubber stretching strap
Itâs a cloth fiber material that doesnât stretch. But has multiple hoops the length of the strap. Makes it easier to find a correct hold for a very good stretch. Rolls up into almost nothingness for storage. Looks very durable.
