Very versatile and works with the science of reading
I LOVE this set for teaching reading concepts, including the science of reading and secret stories and other reading programs.I bought two different types of flip charts for creating words, and this is my FAVORITE because I can add letters, put them in an order I want to teach them in, and get to them easily. I like that if I want a letter sound that is not represented, I can create a card. I can also use it with other cards I already have. I had bought a different set before this one that the cards are connected, so it is not as versatile. I like this style MUCH better.

So Smart!
Wish I thought of it myself! We use it on a flat surface, rather than hanging, and really find it so helpful going over letters and sounds with our son. Some kids don’t want to look at a book all of the time and may not retain what they just watched on Alphablocks, so the big letters and pictures with one thing to focus on at a time with a parent/helper is a very smart interactive tool, in my opinion 🙂

Awesome Quality
I stared homeschooling my son and needed materials. The quality is great and I was surprised on how many cards were included.

My Grankids love this and it helps them to learn to read!
I really love this as it has helped my grandkids learn to read and how to sound out words! I am hoping to find a letter refill as they of course lost most of the letters after a while. But this really works!

They are nice
This product was really cool. Perfect for what I needed only thing I will say is it should come with directions. I had to come back to Amazon to see how to set it up.

Blend & digraph pocket chart
I like this game a lot but it is a little bit advance for my 3 and 4-year-old students. It is a perfect activity for a work station for kindergarten after some practice with teacher. Great game!

This was a very interactive activity. I use this often for some of my grade 1s in smaller reading groups. I also use this in class lessons as the board gives opportunity for interactive engaging lessons. Kids love to come up and add the missing letter with the cards. Blue and red lets them know the vowels and consonant used. Great product, depending on level of students this could be tricky for kindergarten but it still could be used in small groups.

The company advertised that they will send a 3 pack of yard each with 12oz and 212 yards but they sent a 3 pack of 6 oz and 106yards. A total rip off for the money they charge. –
This is a well made material, but they advertise that you can create ccvc and cvcc words without providing consonant blends and digraphs or the corresponding pictures.
