Too Faced Ribbon Wrapped Lash Mascara | Extreme Length Tubing Mascara with no Smudging, Flaking or Clumping

Thicker longer lashes in one coat!
I love love love this mascara! It leaves my lashes soft, full and thick, with a nice length. My natural lashes leave a lot to be desired – they’re not thick, they’re very short, and it almost looks like I barely have any. This mascara definite chunks them up and gives them the perfect length. I don’t look like I’m wearing fake lashes or anything but there’s noticeable length! I only need one coat to get the look I want. The mascara doesn’t leave my lashes feeling crunchy or brittle. It washes off clean and easy and doesn’t leave a mess on my face like some other tubing mascaras I’ve used. The end of the wand (almost looks like the nose of a star-nose mole which gave me the giggles) took me a few applications to get used to but it does an excellent job getting the tiny lashes in the inner corners of me eyes. I would absolutely repurchase this mascara again!

The applicator brush design is terrific
I applied this mascara to the eye on the left of the photo. I applied L’Oreal Voluminous to the eye on the right of the photo. I see no difference in the lengthening of the lashes. I do see a major difference in clumping and lash separation. I attribute that to the design of the applicator brush. It makes it much easier to apply mascara to the shorter lashes on the inner upper eye and the lower lashes. Some of the clumping may be because this mascara is new and the L’Oreal isn’t, but I can really see the difference in lash separation. Will I spend $30 on mascara instead of $10, solely for the brush? Probably not, but I have friends that would.

Really Does Add Length
I have what you would call short and straight lashes. And my bottom lashes are practically invisible. So I was excited to try this Ribbon Wrapped Mascara by Two Faced. I must say that it really does what it claims. Obviously my lashes didn’t turn out as long and luscious as the ones in the product photos, but they are definitely longer than when I use my other mascaras. I like that I can build on them to make the lashes even longer. To take them off, make sure to use a good eye makeup remover. Just plain water won’t do. My new go-to mascara!

Highly Pigmented Mascara
I have to say – this is probably the first “tubing” mascara I have ever used, so I am still getting the whole technique down as part of my beauty routine. My immediate thoughts on this mascara are that it is VERY highly pigmented and likely to work for any type of lash (probably better for those with smaller lashes). I feel like my eyelashes are a little on the longer side – so the only issue I have while applying this mascara is that I have to make sure to comb my lashes after application so they don’t clump. The mascara itself – once applied – does give that “false lash” impact. It’s definitely a higher quality mascara than drugstore brands in my opinion. The brush/wand is pretty good as well. The only reason for my 4 star rating is that I typically have to take some of the product off the wand before applying it to my eye lashes. This lessons the chances of clumping during application. It’s a bold, rich black – which is my favorite color for mascara. Definitely worth trying if you are into makeup and want to highlight/bolden your lashes to a new level.
