Good for tmj
I was surprised to learn that this actually really helps my tmj. I wasn’t sure what intensity of vibration it would put out, but for $30 I decided it was worth a shot. I usually use my massage gun with the foam ball on my jaw… Not super ideal lol this is much more precise and soothing. It’s super quiet so I definitely use it more than the gun. I will add that it absolutely looks like a sex toy, and could absolutely be used as one… lmao but so far the best tmj tool I’ve found, so I’ve warned my coworkers about my face vibrator ðð

Itâs okay, not great
I felt my jaw getting more stiff after using this, so I discontinued. Iâve only used it on the lowest setting. I also notice they use the same product and sell it as a lactation massager, so it makes me question the claims advertised how it could benefit the consumer. I have no doubt that it might help other sufferers of TMJ, but it was personally not a good fit for me.The positives are that the material is actually comfortable, and straightforward and easy to use and doesnât really take time out of your day either. You can just use it when youâre watching tv or doing something else. I found the rounded tip to be very useful to pinpoint the joint area as well.

Iâve had TMJ nearly my whole life & Iâm 44. This product works great when it turns on. Only used it a handful of times & then it just stopped charging & became a paper weight. Also found out a little too late that no matter what, this is NON-RETURNABLE!!!

Used consistently, it did help my TMJ. I think I could be managing it better still and might see a specialist. But overall this was a good purchase to have on hand for the unbearable days. Good battery life.

“I’ve had TMJ for 6 years and tried pretty much everything. I use mouth guards and they help with sensitivity and snoring but not with pain in my jaw, neck and shoulders. I have gone to OP and PT and gotten facial massages which have been super helpful but I wanted something I could use at home everyday. Large massage guns like theragun are too intense and hard to use. This massager is the right shape for my jaw and neck. It has the right intensity but is small enough you can use on yourself. I’ve been using it for a few days now and feel so much better. My neck pain and jaw pain are much less severe. If you have TMJ, this is a godsend.”

Stopped working
Out of the box the shape and comfort was good for jaw and neck tension. This totally went dead and stopped working after charging it 4 times. I could see the light on that it was charging but the simple buttons to turn it on and use it would not function.
