As Iâve only gotten it a few days ago I canât with certainty say I feel an effect already but I like to think Iâve had more energy and feel generally better (but it might just be in my head rn). Upon doing research on the benefits of shilajit Iâm excited to see the effects it does have with continued use. I may update this after some time if I remember toBut I can say that the packaging is great quality and aesthetically pleasing, with all the essential information right on the bottleâ sealed for safety, of course. You can tell the quality of the product is good. It came very quickly and the capsules arenât like overly large, although you take two (if you have issues taking supplements you could easily take one at a time).
