Stays hot for 8 hours
This is a reliable product that delivers heat as promised for 8 hours plus more. It starts to produce heat within a few minutes and is still so hot, soothing the pain and discomfort at 8 hours that you do not want to take it off. If it’s too hot, avoid direct contact and place it over some inner clothing, like underwear. Be sure to place the correct side of the magnet wrap on the skin/clothing to get the effect. Because it’s so soothing, you may forget to take it off, so set a timer to take it off at 8 hours, as recommended.

Portable help for lower back pain.
These wraps are great if you are on the go, or even at home as so easy to use. They last all day and you can throw them away when done. Have greatly helped me deal with lower back pain, and have even used when doing PT as allows me to do the exercises needed. A little pricey but worth it.

The back hurt some days, and it isn’t always feasible to sit in a chair with a big heating pad, on those days when I have to zip around or run errands all day, I use one of these and it lasts all day and isn’t bulky. A little pricy but a nice splurge.

Love thermacare ever since it came out, the quality is very well made.. and the heat does help me.. the fit can be fine for someone who’s large or an xl in a women.. but I don’t think it’s the same fit for a man.. definitely would be large on someone who’s 000.. but I’m sure it’s still functional for anyone

Nearly instant heat once opened
These heat up much faster than generics and get hotter. The fastener is not adhesive but rather like a belt. It fastens solidly. The heat from these is very good and very uniform, though perhaps not as long-lasting as the generic brands. One caution is that if you were to fall asleep on your back while using these, I think they might get hot enough to cause some mild burns if the heat is contained by pressing down on a mattress.

Thermacare Heat Wraps are a Life Saver
My back can easily go into spasm from overwork. When I feel a spasm coming on, I put on a heat wrap and it immediately calms my back. I prefer this to a heating pad because you can keep it on and move about. I always make sure to have several on hand and travel with a couple as well. I have been using them for at least ten years and they have never failed me. They also stay warm for hours. One lasts me the whole day.
