Excellent Product
I bought this for a pretty severe case of tennis elbow, and it works great. It keeps the area cold and I don’t have to mess around with ice water. Just pull it from the freezer and wear it. I wish it stayed cold a little longer, but I can get a good 15 minutes before I need to put it back in the freezer, and it’s very comfortable to wear.

Works as expected
I have a couple of these for the head for when I have bad headaches. When I hurt my knee and needed to ice it regularly, I bought one of these. It works as expected and is much easier than dealing with ice or other ice packs and figuring out how to keep it where it needs to be.Pros:Stays in placeLasts a couple of hours after being frozen at least overnightFlexible – you can move around with itFull coverage – it’s a sleeve that you stick your leg into and so it covers all around the knee area including the backside as well as ~2 inches above and below the knee.Comes in a reusable bag to store it inCons:Can be too cold. I place a microfiber towel under it to start. After about 15-20 minutes I can remove the towel and still benefit from the coldness for a good 15-20 minutes more.Be sure to look at the sizing chart. I got the medium being 5 foot and 140 lbs., and it’s a little snug. However, a size larger may have been too loose. Remember that it’s meant to be compression.

Itâs freezing!
Dealing with tennis elbow and bought this. It works great. It gets exremely cold. When i first pull it out of the freezer I have to take it off after a minute or so caus3 itâs so frigginâ cold. Go back and forth till it warms enough that I can keep it on. Iâve left it on for hours because the compression feels very good around my elbow, added protection. Very much worth the price. I rolled my ankle recently and was able to slide this on to my foot and cover my ankle. It works great!

Great idea, but heat doesn’t last very long
I like the compression and the ease of use, but not I was really hoping it would stay hot for at least the 20 minutes recommended by my doctor to keep it on for treatment. I haven’t had the heat last for more than a couple minutes at most. Maybe as an ice application it would work better, but I need it for heat. Just bummed!

Effective pain relief
The sleeve I purchase for my tennis elbow tendonitis worked wonders in relieving the pain . Itâs very comfortable and the added compression feels great too . I do have to let it warm up a little from the freezer as it is too cold to put on right away and the instructions advise this as well . Added bonus is that it can be used as warm compress too .

Just what I needed for my tennis elbow
Great product. I ordered the small size for my elbow. I have skinny arms. I would think that men would take either a small or medium for the elbow. Holds cold for about 15 minutes, which I think is enough. I like the fact that I can put it on and forget it. It stays in place pretty well. I always use it after doing something that stresses my tennis elbow. I have used if for month and I think it will hold up for a while.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don’t have a microwave so can’t speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough.Easy to move around in.
