RockMat is awesome!!Wife and I put the mat by our sink. Since itâs one of the places we stand around in the most. At first it was a challenging feeling because the bumps really are hard, but the more I practice the better it feels, and I actually have started to crave it in the mornings. Iâll try to start incorporating for my warmups before I go to train for the day. It is a really nice stretch and sensory tool for my feet. Best gift ever!!

XL Rock Mat, definitely worth it!
I upgraded to the XL Rock Mat and couldn’t be happier! I love the original Rock Mat and keep it under my stand up desk at work but really love the versatility of the XL! I’ve added it into my warm up before CrossFit. I am also using it to lay on during meditation. It’s a must have for anyone who loves a good pressure point massage! Puppy is trying it out too 🙂

Fun and simple way to build strength in our feet!
I have always know the importance of building mobility, stability and strength in the feet but this mat is an convenient and simple way to do that from home, whenever you have some free time! I love using this WHILE wearing my toe spacers. The mat is also easy to roll and store! Highly recommend!

I ordered this after giving the smaller version a try. Its great!! It comes with a bag to easily transport it. I take it to work and spend a few moments on it throughout the day. Iâve noticed my legs feel less fatigued after my daily run. Definitely recommend!!
