    Gave me my life back.
    Although this book has been extremely helpful and I can not recommend it enough, I would recommend speaking with Chris Kidawski directly. He is knowledgeable, sincere, takes the time to figure out what the issue is, explains what is going on, and how to fix it – a lot of info in a short time. His contact info is in the back of the book. But, if you cant find it here on amazon or don’t have the book I don’t mind giving his email; just contact me.I injured my back in the left thoracic area and right shoulder from repetitive motion while skateboarding. The pain from these injuries would immobilize me and make it painful to breathe. I have had this problem for 26 years (since high school). The worst part about the pain was it would come when ever it wanted to. With each movement or activity I was always watching and anticipating the pain to put me down. About a year ago the pain was getting worse. It forced me to take enormous amounts of time off of work, take high dosages of pain medication which was causing heart palpitations (I literally thought I was dying or going to), and I was in a place where all I could do was cry. At this point I had been seeing a Chiropractor and Massage Therapist regularly for at least a year. I would have pain relief for a maximum of two days after the appointments. Up to this point I had seen multiple personal trainers and sports doctors with no avail.It took me to get to rock bottom to reach out to Chris Kidawski. He explained everything and gave me a routine to follow. At first the routine was painful; BUT, when I completed the routine each day the back pain was diminished, I was able to move freely, the pain is now manageable without pain medication, and more importantly I am able to work and my physical activity has increased!!! I have not seen any other specialist regarding my back since. It’s a freaking miracle!! I intend to maintain contact with Chris for a long time. He has and continues to improve my life tremendously – he is truly a gift.

    A must-read if you are ready to get your life back
    Chronic back pain can be debilitating and take a toll in every aspect of life.My very active lifestyle was severely disrupted by intense and constant low back pain about 18 months ago. Since then, I have done a lot of research and have tried multiple non-surgical courses of treatment with varying degrees of success. I came across this book as I was looking to advance from what seemed to be a plateau in my progress towards full recovery and would recommend it to anyone who is on a similar journey.The book offers a very logical approach to address the root cause of pain, and is the result of Chris’ (the author) many years of practical experience. The principles are clearly explained in easy to understand language and the techniques involve a very small investment on gear that cost you less than a $30 co-pay for a PT or chiropractic session.The biggest commitment that you need to make is time and hard work. With this and a little bit of patience, you will see results and -more importantly- learn valuable techniques to stay healthy and prevent future injury and pain.I contacted Chris with a few questions after reading the book and he was very responsive. We had a virtual consultation via Zoom and I decided to start a personalized program to accelerate my progress.Since then, we’ve had 2 virtual and 4 in person sessions and could not be more encouraged by the results. This weekend I was able to wake up pain free for the first time in months, and this is just the start!If you are on the journey to recovery from back pain, you know as well as I do that there is no silver bullet or “miracle cure”. If you are willing and able to empower yourself to learn and invest the time and the effort that it takes to get back to a pain-free state, then this book is for you.

    At long last
    After 5 months of seeing countless doctors, including multiple specialists, I finally have someone who understands my injury and the needed path to healing. Chris’s book is very well written and includes a wealth of information that has helped me understand my injury far more than the multiple doctors I have been seeing. The testimonials are extremely relevant and help to visualize the path forward. He even provides a full step-by-step program for recovery and a sample daily regiment. Well worth the cost of the book. So glad I found it!

    Great info, great author….
    This book has some amazing information in regards to your body as a whole. For me personally, using lacrosse balls to roll out my glutes has been such a significant role in the relief that I have had after reading this book. I still have a long way to go in recovery, but I definitely believe Chris is an incredibly talented and intelligent man with his magnitude of knowledge of the human body. I will also say that Chris and I exchanged a couple of emails, and within a few days we had an extensive phone conversation, all free of cost. I am happy to say he is a very humbled man, with clear ambition to help others, and help them to feel alive again-without pain.

    Practical, easy to follow techniques to address the root cause of back pain. The information is presented in an extremely accessible and understandable way. Highly recommend this book along with the others from Chris Kidawski.

    Disappointing
    I purchased this book as I have a long history of back issues from a car accident. The back bible has good info, however, if you want neck information you have to purchase that book separately. I also paid 50 bucks for the book then the following week it went to 25, all to find out I did not get any info on the neck. Very disappointed!

    This book has all the information you need to get back to “normal”. I spent months googling my symptoms where this book explains everything. I also like the sample schedule on what to work on. I have been following it for a week and already feel stronger and less pain. I also emailed Chris with further questions and he answered back instantly with suggestions. I am confident I will be pain free in no time! So happy I found this book!

    I have read so many books on lower back pain and by far this is the best iv read. Iv been having pain since three years and this book and helped me so much. The author loves helping ppl as i reached out to him and he replied directly . I advice you to read the book and do exactly as he says
