My dentist sold these to me for the same price on Amazon. They donât even bother to offer a whitening service because these work so well. They said itâs because theyâre gentle, 2 hours is as long as any hydrogen peroxide product will work anyway & also because itâs a great value. These strips are so large, you can cut them in half. One strip is good for the top & bottom!!These strips work so well, a friend asked me how I get my teeth Bee Gees-white? :)The taste is nothing like regular white strips hydrogen peroxide flavor where I used to have to suck on a mint or hard candy while using them to mask the gross flavor. The flavor of these are hard to explain. Itâs kind of sweet, but not at all too much.They stick to your teeth like nothing else if your teeth are dry during application!My tricks for best application:First, brush & floss your teeth so thereâs no barrier getting in the way of the product & your tooth surface.After cutting the strip to size (one side, I cut a little bit larger to accommodate the top teeth & the other is a little bit smaller for the bottoms), is to dry the lower lower teeth & gums (fronts & backs) with a wash cloth, tilt my head back to keep the spit off of them while I apply it.Press the strip onto each dry tooth individually being SURE to press it into the crease between each tooth. Itâs worth the little extra effort! You want to get your moneyâs worth & be impressed with the results, right?Fold over any overhang at the top. If your teeth are dry, it WILL STICK, even if itâs the tiniest amount of overhang.Next, I dry the top teeth & gums; fronts & backs! Apply the strip the same way as the bottoms being sure to get into each crease as you go from tooth to tooth individually.Hereâs a step Iâm not sure if anyone else doesâ¦I use tiny nail scissors to cut the strip at each curve in the overhang, so that as I fold the strip under, each part can lie flat on the other, making it more comfortable & less bulky in my mouth. I can actually speak to my people & on the phone when I do this.Use these strips as many times as needed for 2 hours each time until you get the whiteness you desire. Theyâre very gentle, donât hurt your teeth, the enamel or your gums.

Noticeable difference over time!
My dentist recommended these whitening strips to me after I told her about my problems using whitening toothpaste, and they were about $30 cheaper online compared to buying them through the dentist!Per my dentist’s recommendation, I have been repeating the 5-day treatment every six months until I get my desired whiteness. I don’t think there is anything that will keep your teeth white forever, but the results of Sheer White strips are visible for a long time. In my case, I have been using them for the past two years and I’ve never been happier with any other whitening strips or paste.My mouth has become sensitive, so many whitening products have hurt my teeth or irritated my gums. Sheer White feels much more gentle, yet has so much power. During the 5-day treatment period, I would leave them on about 60-90 minutes and notice the difference after the second day. The application is pretty similar to other strips; just don’t get too much saliva on the whitening part or the strips will slide around on your teeth and you’ll taste the product (which tastes no different from a regular toothpaste).Considering you have good dental hygiene, the results of Sheer White will stay with you up to – if not longer than – the second treatment, if you decide you want more whitening. This is a great long-term whitening product and I don’t have any complaints; it works amazing on my sensitive teeth and now they are about 8 shades lighter. If you’re unsure about trying them please ask your dentist first if these strips would be right for you!

Glad I found these
At 62, it’s important to me to keep my smile youthful and white. I had been using a store brand as well as a better brand of whitening toothpaste but had not used whitening strips for a while. I think a friend’s hygienist recommended these and they worked really well. Although recommended to do the series 2x following the appropriate guidelines, I opted to order one box to see how they worked. I definitely plan to do the series again soon as it’s been a few months and will recommend these to others. They work great and my smile is looking bright. Do take heed of the amount of time the strips have to stay on though. It’s a commitment.

Worked Great but Not Refrigerated As the Box Instructs
These worked great for my son. He was very self conscious of his teeth because they are crooked but he isn’t old enough for braces yet. On the advice of his pediatric dentist, I decided to help him bleach his teeth using these to boost his self confidence a little. The strips are nice and gummy and he had NO problems whatsoever with them sticking to his teeth at night. My only complaint is that the box says to keep in the refrigerator, and they were shipped at room temperature. I don’t know if this affected the efficacy, but even if it did make them less effective, they still worked great!

The reason they were hardened up is because they are supposed to be refrigerated. See image of the back of the package. They should be stored prior to purchase, shipped refrig and stored same. Third party sellers are not doing that. I got rooked too. However, mine still work. But the ones I bought for my son don’t. I called the number on the box. They say that they only sell to dentists – so they are perpetuating this by not selling their product on Amazon – and making sure it is refrigerated. The product works for me

I bought this whitener in 2021. I used 2 strips at the time of purchase and noticed they were dry and did not whiten teeth at all. I tried again today and noticed the expiration date was March 2020. Unfortunately, it is way past the date to return, which is too bad as I have used these strips before with great success. Will be looking for another brand now.
