I really like these whitening pens. Pens are easier than whitening strips to get the whitening product between the teeth. I watched in the mirror and as I timed it, and made sure the gel stayed where my teeth met, and applied more in a few spots. As a coffee drinker I want to be sure I completely cover the entire front surface of my teeth. I could see a difference right away.The directions say not to get on your gums. I tried not to, but think I got a little on my gums, the inside of my mouth, and on my lip. It did not cause me any discomfort at all. It is very gentle whitening.The applicator is a small white brush, you just turn the base and you can see the clear whitening gel that you easily brush on.I marked the lid of the pen that I used so that I use it up before I use the next pen.A note that came with these pens state they will work even better with a teeth whitening led light that is sold separately.

Teeth whitener that doesn’t cause my teeth to become over sensitive
I was apprehensive to start using this pen because whiteners typically cause my teeth to become overly sensitive. To my pleasant surprise this product has not. It is very easy to use! I paired this pen with a teeth whitening tray so this stays on my teeth and I don’t have to worry about it getting on my lips or gums. It works subtly, but the kit includes a tooth shade guide so you can see progress.

I was hesitant to try this whitening pen due to my sensitive teeth, but Iâm glad I did! The application is simple just twist the base, brush the gel on, and let it sit. I used my silicone trays to keep the gel in place, and after just one session, I noticed a subtle but visible difference.Unlike other whiteners, this one didnât cause any painful sensitivity, which is a huge plus. The taste is mild, and the cap stays secure, making it easy to take on the go. While I do find whitening strips slightly more convenient, this pen is great for quick touch-ups and targeting stubborn spots. This kit did whiten a shade, but I felt the process to be a little nerve wracking.First process is like all kits, with regards to cleaning and putting your teeth dry.Second is to apply a thin coat with the pen. Each pen has a few applications. I do recommend that it’s a very thin coat because first time I used it, I put, what I thought was thin and I did feel it and had to remove the coating after fifteen minutes. You also have to apply it evenly across your teeth to maintain an equal tone across all your teeth. Miss a spot and, oops.This next part I felt to be difficult. It’s got to stay on for 15 minutes or longer, up to 30. However, it also says not to touch skin or swallow, which means you can’t close your lips and they don’t have a tray or anything with the kit, so you’re on your own with that. Basically, keep smiling for a half hour for best results.I think for touch-up where the strips might have missed, this is pretty good but I prefer the strips.

“Up to 6 Whitening Sessions in Each Pen”
It’s hard to know the size of the pens without anything in the pictures to show the scale, so I’ve included one. The product listing doesn’t state this, but the box says you get “up to” 6 treatments in each pen. Each pen is 0.08 fl.oz. The one I received has an expiration date of 22 months from now. The main ingredient is carbamide peroxide. I can’t comment on the effectiveness as I just finished a different whitening treatment.
