2 ways to whiten
Right off the bat the instructions for this kit were vauge and could have been presented better. There is 2 ways to whiten with this kit. It comes with whitening strips as well as gel and an LED light. The gel has 4 pens of the whitening gel and one pen of a desensitizing gel to help when you first get started. From what I could gather from the instruction video, you put the gel into the mouth piece and then insert. I found that the gel didn’t really reach my teeth that good and I didn’t feel like I was getting any benefit out of it that way. Putting the gel directly on my teeth and then putting the mouth piece in worked way better. You keep this in your mouth for 16 minutes. However the light on the mouth piece automatically shuts off after 10 so you need to be watching for that to turn it back on for the last 6 minutes. The whitening strips were a bit trickier to deal with. Your teeth need to be as dry as you can get them before you put these on. If the strip gets slobbery at all they will not stick and its wasted. The bottom strip is the hardest because your lips don’t stretch off your teeth as much as they do on the top. It was much easier to use the mouth piece to hold the strips into place and keep the slobber at bay. And hey why not turn the light on too?! And again you put these on for 16 minutes. The battery life on the light is about 75 minutes before it’s needs to be recharged. I would say my teeth were at a level 4 when I started (according to their chart) I have been using this for 2 months, alternating between the gel and strips, I have 3 strips left and haven’t even gotten through one gel pen yet and I would say I am almost to a level 1. That is using it roughly 5 times a week, once a day. The price for the whole kit is phenomenal compared to other similar kits that come with a lot less supplies. With a few hiccups here and there this kit is definitely worth your time and money.

Easy and simple
Works well, My teeth were quite stained over the years of coffee and smoking while working long shifts. Just took some time adjusting to the new bedtime routine and following the instructions on this whitening kit. It has made my smile wonderful and helps a lot when talking to customers at my job.

Easy to use, still waiting on visible results
Been using this system for a few days and still waiting on visible results.What I can say at this point is that this is somewhat easy to use. I have only tried the strips and the light, but so far so good.However, I will say, the strips are so-so when it comes to staying put; the height is greater than the height of my teeth, so even though I followed the instructions of having my teeth dry before starting, saliva still gets in between the lower strip and my teeth, making the strip slippery and move all over the place.Once I got it in place, I turned on the light and bit it, not expecting anything. To my surprise, I started feeling like a cold/hot feeling on my teeth and gums, along with a fizzy sensation, so obviously the light activated whatever chemical is on the strip. I havenât used long enough to see results but I am hoping to see an improvement, at which point I will update.It also brings a gel meant to be laid on the mouthpiece directly, along with a desensitizer gel, but I figured Iâd try the strips first as I had a bad experience with a dental whitening at the dentist where the gel made my teeth super sensitive for days, so want to start low.All in all, itâs easy to use and seems to be working, albeit not much of a difference with two treatments so far.

This seems to be a pretty easy teeth whitening set up. Itâs not as messy as some other whitening products that Iâve used in past. It seems to do an OK job at whitening my teeth, but I really couldnât tell much of a difference compared to some of the other whitening products that I usually use. If I had to get thisWhitening kit all over again, I probably would because itâs not as messy and itâs pretty simple to use.

Teeth whitening kit with light tray
This tooth whitening system can seem a bit intimidating at first since there are so many different things in the box. The strips are the easiest and less messy option to use. The light isn’t really uncomfortable, it just feels awkward in your mouth for so long. I have seen slight results after about 4 uses, and imagine there will be more whitening once all strips and pens are used. My teeth did feel a slight sensitivity after use, but it only lasted about an hour or so after each treatment.
