The difference is noticeable on the first try
This was crazy how fast and easily it made a difference with my husbands teeth. He never had the best oral hygiene and we have been working on his dental care but he is ashamed to admit that he just doesnât do a good enough job. Even with us using the whitening toothpaste available in store for daily use, it does nothing. We have even tried crest whitening strips before too and it still did nothing for him. I didnât think a simple toothpaste that was purple would do anything but we immediately saw a difference. It was insane how fast this worked. He didnât even brush for a full two minutes either. We were nervous at first so we used a manual soft bristled toothbrush. The purple toothpaste stayed purple for the majority but we also saw white foam and stuff too when he was brushing his teeth. He didnât feel any weird tingling sensations, nothing felt sensitive to him, and he tasted nothing gross when it was touching his tastebuds. Rinsing was simple too because he just swooshed his mouth with some water and it was all gone. I have no clue how this thing works so well but it works like magic.

3 kinds of whitening
This teeth whitening kit uses a combination of 3 different strategies to whiten teeth. I spent decades doing everything to darken my teeth, cigarettes (finally quit), coffee (can’t quit), and red wine (don’t want to quit), so my teeth have a permanent yellow hue that just doesn’t look good. I’ve tried different whitening toothpastes and strips, but most do very little to provide any permanent whitening so I was hopeful this would finally do the trickThe most effective is the whitening gel that comes in 4 syringes. It is used in conjunction with a mouth guard and LED light to help it set. This did seem to have the most impact after 5 days of use, but not as much as I’d hoped. However, I did have a hard time using it because the mouth guard is a little too big for me, so it was really uncomfortable in my mouth. I understand that it needs to cover the teeth, but this covered my teeth and my gums. This also means that the gel gets spread on the teeth and gums. It seems like this would be more effective with an applicator to apply the gel directly to the teeth before using the light. With this set the gel didn’t seem to coat the teeth evenly and so the whitening was uneven as wellThis also comes with a purple toothpaste which I have used in the past. Purple toothpaste is effective at giving yellow teeth a whitening effect. However, it is just temporary. It is a nice effect before leaving the house to make things look better, but it wears off fairly quickly, so it only works right after you use the paste for an hour or soThere are also a few whitening strips included. I’ve used strips in the past and always have trouble getting them to stick to my teeth. These did seem to stick fairly well, but 3 strips is not enough to make much of a difference. If the gel worked a little better this might be nice to put a final touch, but the gel so far has made a pretty modest improvement so I’m not sure 3 sets of strips will do much afterOverall, I like the idea behind this set and would like to try it with some improvements. The gel process could be better with a smaller mouth guard, and I think at least a weeks worth of strips would make it worth it. As it is, I don’t think it’s going to make a huge difference. I think I’ll probably get a light whitening, but not enough for permanent effects

A bit of every option
This is a serious tooth whitening kit with everything I’ve ever known as an option of a way to whiten teeth. I’ve bounced around between the array of products in here and am reasonably happy with the choices. I would say that the toothpaste is my favorite.

Worth it!
The price for this kit versus what else you can buy at the store is such a bargain. Itâs a large box with several items. Itâs a more natural and less damaging whitening so itâs going to be a multi step uses, but my teeth donât hurt after using it like other name brand ones. Overall Iâm pleased!

tray is kind of big for small mouths; toothpaste is amazing

While the mouth tray is made of soft squishy material, it was/is difficult to get it in my mouth comfortably. Then you need to wear/use this thing for 15-30 minutes.Also, since the mouth tray is not form fitted to your teeth, I’m not sure how much of the whitening paste actually made contact with my teeth.The light connects to the front side of the tray. I thought it might fall off easily due to it sticking out of your mouth, but it stayed connected without issue.The whitening strips worked like others of similar design. I liked using these.The star of the show is the purple toothpaste. It worked really well. I noticed a mild change after only using one time. I use the toothpaste with my electric toothbrush and I brush for a full two minutes. The toothpaste looks like blueberry syrup. It is dark and concentrated, but THANKFULLY does not taste of a strong mint taste. I am iffy on the continued use of the mouth tray, even though it is supposed to be the star of this set, but only bcz it is not comfortable in my mouth. I will definitely continue to use the toothpaste though.

So far so good. Doesnât seem to sting or irritate me. I am someone who is very sensitiva and as of now I continue to use it. From the first time I used this I was able to see a difference in my teeth. Good price for what you get
