Great product! Definitely increases the sweat factor. One negative is the twist dial on the bottom of the bottle to advance the product. The dial has broke on several bottles that Iâve purchased . They definitely need to redesign it.

The most important thing that I want to say about this product is that, it can be a bit misleading. sure. It may make you sweat more but sweating is just that! Sweat! Sweating wonât make you lose weight in specific parts of the body. Sweating is the the way the body makes sure we are cool while doing a hard workout. Thereâs also some risks associated with over-sweating. it could lead to dehydration when water is not replaced.I bought the original roll on gel before doing my own research thinking it might help me lose belly fat. In reality, it surely didnât. Do your research first depending on your personal goals!The product did not have a smell. I do think it is a bit pricey. $29 for a 6.4oz bottle. Extremely easy to use. You just rub it on your desired area where you want to âsweat moreâ again, this will likely not help with fat loss. for me, not really worth it. More of a fitness gimmick. just exercise and save your money.

I bought it initially because it was on sale and I thought it was a scam. I have the sweet sweat band obvi but I was using it without the gel and had a terrible heat/sweat rash from it and would apply aquaphor when using it and still sweat quite a bit but I am super shocked to find how well the gel works! I sweat 10x more (also pair it with oxyshred pre workout) like literally dripping on the floor even without cardio. The scent is really natural like coconut oil for sure but still good 🙂 Iâd say invest if you have sensitive skin for sure
