Excellent gym flooring
Once we received the gym flooring, we removed the tiles from the box and immediately appreciated the fact there was no odor. Theyâre high quality and I have no doubt they will last for a long time. I also appreciated the fact that each tile comes with two edge pieces, which makes them easy to customize and fit any space. They look seamless once installed and comfortable to stand/walk on. Overall, Iâd give these a 10/10.

The item was great! At first I was really hesitant to buy this because only few reviews and only few bought it but still took my chances. The day I received the items I was surprised it was 2âx2â per tile and it is thick and not too soft thick.It is really for gym equipment and can use for doing exercises which lessen the floor noise.

GEnerally very nice mats
There is a lot to like about these mats. I currently (before these mats) used the ones you can buy at the HOME-DE**T which cost about 1/2 the cost for these, but these are better in many ways.First I’ll cover the bad, which isn’t much, but I think you should know about it. They are listed as .79 inches thick but are actually .75 (3/4) inch exactly. The ones from the home store are approximately .55 inches, so these are .2 inches thicker. That’s literally the only negative thing I can say about these.On the positive side, there is absolutely no odor from these at all, whereas my existing ones always needed to be aired out for a few days before I could bring them into the house from the garage. These had very little smell at all, and I think that smell was only from the wrapping, not the actual “tiles”.These tiles fit together very well, and while you can see where they meet, you can’t really feel that when you are laying on them, the other ones I used were able to feel where the tiles meet.Also, these tiles are 2 feet square, (the others were 1 foot square), so there is a lot less edges to meet int he first place.Cleaning is very easy and even if you spill water at where they meet, it doesn’t appear to go through to the underneath part, so you don’t have to worry as much about any mold buildup. (sounds icky, but you have to think about these kinds of things).These are not overly soft, so it’s not like laying on a foam pad or anything, but they do support very well so you don’t have to worry about tripping on where they meet due to excessive give in the surface. You can easily lay on these for an hour and not be overly bothered by it being uncomfortable. So, there is give, but not a lot, and it does still feel “cushioned” without feeling like you are trying to stand on a mattress.

This is a great mat for my at home gym. It isnât very thick, but itâs well padded and supportive. It holds my weight well, but has a bit of give so I donât feel like Iâm jumping or standing on hard tile, but itâs not so soft that I canât balance when doing yoga. I like that it comes with edges to make it perfectly flat instead of puzzle piece edges to maximize the square footage of the mat. I was able to put my weight rack on top of it and it doesnât seem to leave dents, and I can push it all the way to the edge thanks to the flat edge pieces. I also had 6 leftover after I finished putting it together, so you have a lot of options for how to arrange the layout. I am definitely going to get another set to completely cover the floor in my workout room. These tiles also donât slide around on the floor even before I put my weight rack on it. Itâs pretty easy to clean, I just sweep the dirt off and if there are any spills or sweat I just wipe with a damp cloth and then dry it. Theyâre a good price compared to the other tiles I have for what their purpose is, but my other tiles are meant for you to drop weights on if needed. I wouldnât trust dropping a weight on this mat, but it works great for things like hiit training or yoga or anything similar. You can set weights on it of course, but I would be careful dropping from more than a few inches off of the floor. My floor underneath is tile and itâs very brittle, so I have to be extra careful. I will definitely buy an extra set in the near future.

Save Your Floors and Joints
We needed a mat or some sort of floor covering for our workout area. These interlocking tiles provided what we needed, a scalable floor and workout protection area. Covering 48 square feet these could cover a large, two person workout area for floor, mat, and free weight workouts. Weâve broken it up into two area. One for our free weights and workout equipment, to protect our floor and another for a small bench and dumbbell workout area. The density of these reduces the risk of damage to the floor from weight drops or other equipment issues. The softness also reduces stress on your joints (Hips, knees, ankles, etc) when you are doing your workout.As these are interlocking you can scale up to do a full size room wall to wall with these. Based on performance and price Iâd highly recommend these if you are looking to install a removable workout floor padding.

Really loving these mats
The mats seem to be made of sturdy, high-quality material that feels like itâs built to last. I found them very easy to assemble and appreciated how simple it was to adjust them as needed. Although they arenât very thick, the padding offers excellent support and makes a big difference, especially since my garage floor is just bare cement. These mats have been a great addition.
