Nice arch support!
I needed low volume foot beds with good arch support. These fit the bill. Thin foam on footbed that compresses, so if you need more cushion, look at the other Superfeet offerings. Heel support piece is a nice feature and keeps your heel from rocking, important if you pronate. However, they need to be molded into or glued to the insole, IMO. I pull the insoles after work each day to let them dry overnight, and remain mindful that the heel support needs to be recentered before putting the footbeds in my work boots each morning. I get that SF wanted to make these customizable, but the separate heel support is not the perfect solution. Still, these help my foot comfort greatly and Iâm happy with the purchase.

ð if you have plantar fasciitis
Having two jobs, teaching and retail, both being on my feet all day left with an on going foot pain. Heard about super feet few days ago and decided to try a pair. As soon as I put it on, it felt amazing!!! I need to get myself the sandals for homes are now.I was scared I had to do my own trimming. In fear of messing up an expensive purchase, but it wasn’t so bad.Only 1 minor down fall. It may because I use a low running shoe as a casual shoe, but when using the heel stabilizer, it raises my foot higher up the shoe causing my foot to “float” a bit when stepping upward. Stepping downward feels so good and cushioned though, I can easily ignore the “floating”.I may update my review after a month wearing these, hopefully it speed heals my foot.

It definitely works, but you’re definitely not “gellin'”.
I weigh about 240 lbs and this insole definitely provides the support to prevent the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. However, the insole is not as cushiony as some other insoles I’ve used and I can definitely feel it when my feet strike the ground. The shoes I wear are dress shoes for office work. I have not used these insoles for running, or long distance conditioning walks, so I don’t know how they would perform under strenuous exercise. But if you have a relatively sedentary lifestyle, like me, they’ll definitely work.BTW, I wear the Dr. Comfort Men’s Wingtip Therapeutic Diabetic Extra Depth Dress Shoe, in size 10XW (3E/4E), which has an extended box toe, also purchased on AMAZON. The insole I purchased was the Men’s USA size 9.5-11; and I did not have to trim the insole to make it fit.

Didn’t work for me.
These just don’t work for me. The arch support is too far back. I’ve tried a couple of different versions of these, and I don’t understand what all the hype is about. Maybe it’s just me.

Great Insoles for PF.
Recommended by my podiatrist. They are great. Very good foot support and definitely a help for PF. Fair price , compared to local shoe stores.

Paired the with Timberland Pro’s and my Plantar fasciitis went away
I tried different combinations of boots and Superfeet for 2 years. Black and Copper worked well for me. Green and Orange were torture. I bought these when I got my Timberland Pros and my foot pain went away after a few months….. but slowly. It’s one of those things where the pain got to the point when it didn’t get my attention anymore. If your feet are on the flat side but not entirely flat, maybe this is the combination to check out.I tried looking up solutions through google but often times those solutions made my foot pain worse. The spiked feeling in the morning and after a car drive became worse and my feet easily became tired. The combination that worked well was to buy myself quality footwear that does a good job of absorbing shock and fits well. Also, I found that low quality socks will make matters worse. Another factor to look at is your overall balance, heel strike, an impingement, etc. A good combination of boots/shoes, insoles, and self taught physical therapy is a winning combination.

They made my pain worse
Not comfortable at all. Made my pain a lot worse than before. I stuck with it as their website suggests and try to gradually break into them couple of hours a day. But after two weeks the pain got so much worse that I had to stop using them altogether.I had gotten custom orthotics done about 12 years ago when I originally developed PF. They worked great and my PF was healed completely. It returned somehow and I got these based on the reviews. I probably would bit the bullet and spend the money on custom ones again since they worked last time.I don’t want to completely bash these. May be it’s just me as they seem to have helped many others. I would have been probably more generous in my review if they had not made the situation worse.Try it at your own risk. Who knows, may be you’re one of those who get better with them.

I have used Super-feet for years now and they have given me new life. I work on a fligtline and walk many steps per day (10,000) or more and my feet were killing me. Bought these at a military base in San Diego and tried em out. Best decision I made for myself in years.

Pricier than I’ve ever bought but my Plantar Fasciitis has certainly gone down. I feel very little pain these days thanks to these soles.
