Great for brain fog and anxiety.
Wow! I love this flavor so much better than lemon lime! Oh it calms me after a hard day at work! My daughter said it balanced her cortisol levels. I donât know if it has done that for me yet but I have noticed my brain fog has lifted tremendously and my anxiety has leveled! It has taken two weeks for things to get me right! I am so happy my daughter put me on!

Tastes good and works!
I was super skeptical at first as I kept seeing this item on tik tok. I thought it was just using influencers to post it. However, I fell for it and bought it since I’ve been stressed out with Law School and the Bar Exam coming up. Let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. I don’t know if I have lost weight because of it but I take it at night and sleep amazing. In the morning I am not as hungry as I used to be and feel like I’m in a better mood throughout the next day when I take it at night. So I would try it out and see if it works for you! Also it tastes great and is not gritty at all. It dissolves really well in cold water and tastes like lemonade.

Great for sleeping/relaxation
I bought this after seeing a review of it on tiktok from someone saying it helped reduce high cortisol. Now, whether or not this is medically valid, I do not know. However, as an extremely stressed college student, I’m pretty much willing to try anything.I really dislike the taste of this since it is so sickly sweet from the stevia, however, the actual lemonade taste is pretty good. I mix it with lime/lemon seltzer and then squeeze in some fresh citrus to cut the sweetness. It works out.Since drinking this, the eye twitch I had developed from stress has gone away. I’ve had that stupid twitch for 3 months. I also have been sleeping really soundly. Within 30 mins of drinking this I get so sleepy. I would recommend this for sure. The only reason I took away 1 star is for the price which is insane and the sickly sweetness.

I actually really like this stuff! It works! I drink it at night and I can tell a difference in how much faster I can fall asleep. It has a subtle but noticeable calming effect on me and helps me sleep better. The taste is ok and the container could be a little more full for the price Iâm paying for it but overall I am seeing results and I like it.

I bought this after seeing it on Tik Tok. I have high anxiety and perimenopause and decided to give it a try. I have been drinking it for 2 wks and can tell a difference in my mood and dry skin. I love the flavor, reminds me of country time lemonade on a summer day. I donât get the feel some people have been proclaiming, but with the vitamins listed and ashwagandha, I can definitely feel more at ease and can say it helps me. Everyone is different but for me it works.

Expensive, havenât had a good night sleep but not irritated anymore.
This is crazy expensive & there is not much inside the little packages.1st I get extremely irritated, people out there are just let say I always got to use a crayon! But my husband even noticed and told me why I was always irritable and of course it was not because of him it was me. I have always been in a fight or flight mode so this is actually helping Iâm more jolly now.2. The first time I used it when I got it in the mail, I took it like most people an hour before bed and it was the wrong move. It kept me up all night long. So I take it mid morning after I ate something of course. Am I the only one that it gave energy too?? Iâve noticed a green residue at the bottom when it sits for a little.3. I have not had a good night sleep but like I said before it has helped me calm down.Over all I will look for these supplements elsewhere so I donât break my bank.

I have been using this stuff for 3 months and wanted to give it time before I could post a review. If you are like me and need to know if itâs just a placebo or not, this is your sign that it works. So damn. Well! Now I am not a fan of the flavors. I tried coconut and raspberry. Not great. BUT THE STRAWBERRY AND CREAM?! So good. Amazing. Could drink it easily. If you want a flavor that is sweet and tastes like a dessert? That one.The benefits are actually impressive. I had so much more energy after a week of drinking nightly before bed. I was not craving sweets. Didnât even care to have them when offered. Thatâs huge because I LOVE sweets. Like addiction type. But they vanished. But it also decreased my appetite significantly. Likeâ¦I eat breakfast and Iâm full whole day kind. So you actually have to remind yourself to eat. Now, when I do eat, I am full so fast. I eat half of what I usually did and have to stop. So it is so good for that. I sleep a lot better now too. Maybe not exactly that. But I am well rested with less hours of sleep. The TikTok hype was worth it for sure.The only cons I have are some flavors arenât the best. But the strawberry and cream one is heaven. And the mixability is annoying. Definitely consider getting a shaker bottle? I still need one. The texture is pretty much just like a Sobe water. So really nice. I have bad joints and it did actually help the pain in them too.Basically. Buy it. Youâre doing yourself a favor.

GREAT Product with Immediate Sleep Benefits!
Holy cow! I was very impressed! I made myself a drink with one of the packets and drank it at the end of my day. I can’t speak to any long term benefits yet, but immediate effects were definitely worth the investment! I normally have trouble falling asleep at night. Once I’m asleep, I always sleep like a rock, but getting my mind calmed enough to get to sleep in the first place is where I struggle. The nello supercalm kicked in within minutes. I didn’t even finish the whole drink before it was lights out, I couldn’t even keep my eyes open anymore. The sleep I got was very restful, I’m looking forward to seeing what impact long term use of this product will have!
