More is not always better
I use lemon oil products in my cold water defuser and have for over 10 years. I tried various brands some being better than others regarding the lemony odor being defused in my home. Most are a few ounces or less, and tend to be pricy as to the âper ounceâ cost. I saw this brand on Amazon and noticed it came in larger sized containers and the price was very reasonable. So I ordered 2 bottles (16 ounces each) and received it a few days ago. As soon as I added it to my defuser I could see it was very watery and when it began emitting the fog I noticed I couldnât smell anything unless I stood right over it and got within a foot of the fog, and even then I could barely detect a lemony odor at all. Of course you use a small measured amount of water in these defusers with the lemon liquid, but it appears I need to just use 100% of only the lemon liquid with no water at all.Therefore if thatâs the case itâs not good deal like I thought it would be. Also most other products give instructions to use only a few drops of their products with the measured amount of water you use in the defuser and I could always smell the lemony odors in several rooms of my house so in the future Iâll not reorder nor recommend this product as effective or as a good value.

Scent is great but not for Hot Process The product gets hard before youâre able to put the scent in at a cooling point so works well with cold processing soaps, I found that the scent did not stay in the soap Well enough.

Keep Bugs OUT
We moved into new place and notice there were a bunch of roaches hidden in certain areas in yard. Ewwww. We immediately researched repellants and ways to kill them. And lemon oil near screens of your doors and windows. Is necessary to keep them away.

Good value, but faintly scented
I love lemon scented everything. I find it cleansing and leaves my house fresh. I’ve purchased dozens of lemon essential oils over the past 20+ years and this was the lightest of them all. It’s a let down.It’s a great value, but you get a lot of lightly scented EO and I was really wanting something stronger like that punchy scent you get when you zest or squeeze a fresh lemon. It’s ok and I’ll find a use for it, but know it’s not very concentrated.
