This massages either your feet or your legs. This is effective and doing what it says it will do and its super easy to use. This is also a good value for the price. It relieves the pain i feel from long days on my feet, it works on my tight calves and relieving the pain in my feet. Its really relaxing. The temperature setting is not too hot so that it doesn’t feel uncomfortable and it’s perfect for cold weather, my feet are always cold. The cold setting is great to reduce the inflammation in my there are options for levels of massage that are customizable so you can adjust according to what strength you like. It really feels good on my circulation for my legs as well. The adjustable angles are very helpful because I’ve been able to use in bed or while sitting. I plan on using it when i’m sitting at my desk during the days when i work from home at my desk. The vibrations are a great option to increase the message and improve circulation. The size is also convenient because i can store it which is nice since we dont have a lot of storage space.
