LOVE THESE!
I spent over an hour researching which brand of mushroom supplement gummies I wanted to buy because I wanted Lions mane for the neural health benefits and I had gotten mushroom supplement capsules before and they were terrible on my stomach. These are perfect, they donât taste amazing but I donât care as itâs more important that they work and have fruiting body extract of all the mushrooms I wanted plus some! Iâm taking Anatomy & Physiology right now while also in a nursing program so I need to be able to memorize EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and so far they seem to be helping quite a bit and you can eat them on an empty stomach in the morning with no nasty side effects! Will be buying again!

while Iâm not certain that these have made a noticeable improvement on my cognitive skills, I do feel a little bit better and the flavor is very good. I take two of these a day in the morning with my vitamins, and I think after two or three weeks, Iâm starting to feel a little bit of a benefit.

It is NOT sugar free but …
This product is maybe glucose or sucrose free, but as a biologist I would not consider it “added sugar free”. It contains IMO (the first ingredient) which IS a sweetener – period. However it has low glycemic index, so it can “pass”. I hate those “hidden sugars” in products which are misleading and can be confusing for diabetes patients. For that reason I gave it 3 starts, otherwise it is decent supplement.
