Potency is good
I love all of the ingredients. There is a bit of a garlic smell when you take it. Itâs pretty potent so it might make it difficult for some people if they donât like that smell. Also, I learned it is not good to take echinacea for more than a couple of weeks at a time. I was taking this as a preventative but maybe it might be better to take it if you feel run down. I do think itâs a good product.
